Massive project and she was the best contractor we dealt with. Always kept us in the loop with progress, permits, timelines, etc. Worked quickly and her estimates were accurate. Highly recommended and will be our go-to plumber in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I am quite impressed with how Stephanie responded to my review and problem. I will continue to recommend her to anyone for plumbing help! I should have contacted her first, but as soon as she saw my review she texted me and came out the next day (which was a weekend). I didn't realize there was a warranty on the labour. She was very thorough in her fix and even suggested she'd like to come back to inspect everything is working well in a few days. Thank you!
Original: Communication was pretty good over text and she came out to first service my old toilet, that didn't work, and then she came to install a new toilet. I appreciated that she also disposed of the old toilet since it doesn't fit in my vehicle. She did not show up for our first appointment but later apologized and said there was an emergency, which was understandable.
I unfortunately have to downgrade my rating now. Something is off with the toilet installation and the toilet started wobbling after about 6 months after installation. I now have to have someone come for a third visit to fix this brand new toilet.
