I had this company replace a furnace motor for $200 more than the going rate. Then had the motor fail a year later, then had different company assess the problem. Issue was Quality Refrigeration's incompetent tech installed the wrong motor and recycled old parts, then proceeded to charge me for NEW parts.
Then when I followed up with BRIAN the manager of Quality Refrigeration regarding my concern of his company's work he had the class (sarcasm) to swear and laugh at my complaint. Brian's excellent customer service consist of hang up on me countless times and then thought it would be a great idea to tell me to F*** off.
Compensation has just started with this Google review, then the Better Business Bureau regarding fraudulent services, then I will finish with a civil suit for reimbursement and fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My heater decided to quit working on a winter weekend. (Ofcourse it would be too convenient for it to stop on the weeekday). I called Quality mechanical and they had someone out immediately on a Saturday morning to come get it held up until they can properly fix it on Monday (so the weekend rates wouldn't cost me so much). Then they came back and had it fixed properly.
I've had a few other companies work on this heater in the past and Quality mechanical exceeded the others in care/concern for the billing, quality, punctuality and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own/operate a quick service Drive-thru restaurant in St. Albert. This restaurant has been my only source of income since the start of covid. When my walk-in cooler completely failed over Christmas, I was stressed out to no end. Brian with Quality Mechanical was my first call. He came out that same day, diagnosed the issue and moved mountains to have me back in business. This was in spite of "supply chain issues" and -28 C temperatures outside. If you want peace of mind and quality work, Brian and Quality Mechanical Group is who I trust.
