Step 2: SCHEDULE AN IN-HOME CONSULTATION FOR A DETAILED ESTIMATE
Our certified Home Comfort Advisors will go to your home to assess the areas to be heated, ventilated or cooled. They will then provide you with a detailed estimate for the costs associated with the installation of your system, such as labour and the necessary parts and components.
Step 3: BEGIN INSTALLATION
Once you have accepted the estimate, our office manager will contact you to set up a schedule for the work to be done. We will take responsibility for the entire project, from delivery of the system to its completed installation, and our certified installers will complete the project within a reasonable timeframe.

The technician is very thoughtful, patient and work in detail, explain to the possible hazards and identified all of unsafe concerns during the maintenance. We are impressive with their professional attitude, valuable services, after their completing their works, we know better for the major HVAC, furnace equipment and greatly improve the safety and quality in the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris was the representative that came out he gave us two options of a new furnace/AC/hot water tank we were happy with the price point of both options and picked the one that best suited us. On installation day the crew Adam, Kang, Danny and Landon were efficient in doing there job’s everything was left fairly clean and Adam was good at explaining the new system to us very happy with the service.

They were both knowledgeable, professional, and clean - they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Outstanding Service. I received such a great education during the diagnosis of the furnace and great advice on how to extend the life of my furnace. Turns out it was the high limit switch that needed replacement (phew). Tech Quan was very thorough. He also noticed an error code on my hot water heater and explained what it meant, he reset it and advised me to monitor should the code reappear (above and beyond service.). Bravo. Highly Recommend.

They were accommodating to our schedule, and our sales representative Adam gave us a "no pressure" approach when he showed us our options. He also let us know the available upgrades and what is included in our total price. Other companies tried to upcharge us for things Trust included as part of the package. They also went above and beyond and fixed some things that were installed wrong on our furnace when we bought the house from the original builder. I don't do many reviews online because I feel most companies or services are average at best. These guys go above and beyond and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are looking for heating or AC, I highly recommend Trust Home Comfort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Trust Home for maintenance as our furnace was short cycling aggressively. Len did his best to diagnose the issue and after attempting to replace a sensor we determined that ultimately the furnace had to be replaced. Throughout this process Len assessed the furnace multiple times to ensure there were no alternative options and even brought space heaters over so we could get by until the new furnace could be installed. Len truly went above and beyond and I would recommend him for anyone looking for maintenance or a new furnace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to the whole team who was the who first company able to accommodate us, send us Adam to give us a quote which was a great experience with no pressure at, all pretty cool dude and great personality. No upselling, and straight to the point. In few days they were able to set up an appointment and install our AC. The team who installed the AC were quick and amazing people. Great conversation with the team. There was one very minor thing that needed to be addressed and Len who I spoke with wanted set up an appointment to get it resolve right away making sure I was satisfied. I could tell that customer satisfaction and is what they aim for. Over all I made the right decision to trust- Trust Home Comfort.
