Herbers Autobody - Edmonton

I want to thank Neil at the Parasons Rd Edmonton location for amazing service. He made a very daunting task for myself, easy and manageable. He provided timely and transparent communication from the pictures I sent in for the estimate, the pricing, and the possible outcome. He went above and beyond trying to help me get my car in for service buy helping me find alternate solutions. I appreciate all the help and support he gave. Jessica was amazing and patient in her follow up and again had solutions on hand if my plans did not work out. She was friendly and very personable! The repair was fast, and they did wonderful work. Neil and Jessica have made me a loyal customer to Herber's. I will be back and feel confident that whatever I may bring them, they can handle it!! I highly recommend this location for anyone who may not be well versed in auto repairs and maybe reluctant to call. They are great and I can not thank them enough!!

I have unfortunately been here twice in the last 3 months with 2 separate accidents in my Audi Q5. Each time my insurance company recommended their "preferred shop" but I chose to go to Herbers instead and I am very thankful I did. They were timely, worked directly with my insurance company, have a great online system that gives you real time information on your vehicle's repairs, and they warranty the work for as long as I own the vehicle. Both repairs were done perfectly. Even when I had an engine issue, they outsourced the issue to Audi so that it would be fixed properly. Getting hit is such a headache but Herbers made the repairs very easy on me.

Went in to fix a peeled off body panel on my Tiguan. I think VW should have fixed it since it was clearly their error....but anyways. Herbers did a great job. Everyone I talked to was professional and polite. The price was great, compared to other autobody shops. The work that they did, makes the car look like there was never even an problem with the body. They also gave me a shuttle service home, and offered to give me one back to the shop when they were done. The car was finished in about 2 hours, and they made the whole situation super easy and smooth sailing. I'll be bringing my other car there later this month, since they did such a good job already. Update: brought my other car there. A 2015 baby blue beetle for preventative maintenance, a new paint job to fix rock chips and a new 3m coating to help rock chips. The car took a bit longer than we thought, but they kept me updated the whole time. They have a portal you can log into to check on the progress of the car. Very cool! They gave me a shuttle both to and from the shop. Update: Came home and looked at my beetle a bit harder. There was a piece of sand stuck between the 3m coating and the car, so called them about it and they said to come into the shop sometime. I talked to the manager and then she tried to convince me it was a air bubble (it wasn't), then it was a rock chip (somehow under the coating? no). Eventually she agreed it was dirt, and said i'd have to make an appt to come back and get the whole thing redone. But getting this done in the first place took about 2 days. 2 days I had to take off work since I NEED my car for work. Are you expecting me to do the whole process again and take even more days off work? She didn't seem very apologetic and more that me pointing out the mistake was annoying her.

Herbers autobody made a stressful accident so much easier. The customer service from the front end staff to the Repair Planners was excellent and they made sure I was able to get into a courtesy car when my insurance covered rental ran out. Their real-time repair app was great so I could keep up on the stages of repair. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Herbers South Edmonton!! Look like new, even fixed the dent near the rear drive sided light. Not to mention when I got it back it was SPOTLESS!

Horrible experience here.. customer service is good but body shop not. I had my truck door replaced and painted after a hit and run. The texture and finish is off with the paint. Not the same finish and orange peel texture.. Also lots of swirls under the paint... looks so bad compared to my factory paint. Took them 3 times to get it like this. I wouldn't recommend this place for body jobs and paint jobs.

Jessica was amazing at helping me set up my appointment to have my car looked at. She is very personable and energetic! I met Neil who helped me out with an assessment. He was very kind and professional. I think all auto body shops are busy right now, I have to wait to get my car in for repairs. But I understand. I will update the review after my repair is done. So far good experience!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Herbers South Edmonton!! This Vehicle is my home, literally. When I was in BC it was unfortunately damaged not by myself, the mechanic Neil who did my inspection was incredibly caring and kind to the fact that this wasn't just a vehicle but my whole life! He made sure it was safe, it was completed 3 days before they told me and he took every call, email I sent his way! The women at the front were very kind and friendly regardless of how busy of a time it is in Winter. I could not recommend them enough!! They made me feel so comfortable passing over my Van! Not to mention when I got it back it was SPOTLESS! Looked brand new! 11/10 for this company/location! Off we go again!! looking and feeling like new!
