★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company....Doug was really friendly and got the work done quickly, professionally and within a reasonable budget. he corrected our sagging concrete steps in the front and driveway by mudjacking. My front steps had sagged 4" and they fixed it within 3 hrs. We are pretty happy to have this work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First rate work and very easy people to deal with. It certainly felt good to know Doug and Reg and their team had done work in the neighbourhood before.
Doug wasn't willing to do work where there wouldn't be a predictable good outcome. so I thank him for his candor on the scope of work I had initially presented. The work that was done (lifting one corner of my garage plus correcting the drainage slope for most of a 70 foot driveway, plus some sidewalk work) went extremely well.
I am recommending dealing with Merit Concrete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Merit Concrete for a quote to lift a back pad in my yard as there were potential grading issues. They came out, did an assessment and gave me some advice that included not using their service. It's odd to find a business that would give you such an honest opinion that they would forgo potential earnings. I highly recommend this business as you can be ensured they will not try to get you to pay for services you do not need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had reached out to a few companies last fall to give me a quote to fix my sunken driveway/sidewalk. Doug @ Merit got back to me quickly (and first) and had the best price. They showed up exactly when they said they would and explained the whole process. I noticed after 6mo (and a winter season) that it had sunk an additional 3/4" (which is normal with concrete lifting) and I called to enquire about a fix. Doug recommended we wait until closer to the year mark and then they'd swing by and fix it. He called me at about 11 months-ish as they had a truck in the area. They came by same day and had it done. I am very happy with the service. Everything was fully explained, completed exactly as they said it would be, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
