Brought my Gl350 for a turbo replacement. Didn't perform the job correctly and SEIZED MY ENGINE after taking it for test drive. Blamed it on me saying they didn't know previous history on the car and i shouldof diagnosed the issue with them? Even though i handed them the car over RUNNING, already had it diagnosed from Benz dealer for issue, and told them to FURTHER DIAGNOSE for issues after replacing the turbo. I believe the oil didn't go to the engine when they replaced the turbo which made it seize. After breaking my car they still wanted me to pay them labour. Ridiculous right. I asked them the least they could do was take the new turbo back out so i could return it, and they ended up taking the turbo out and leaving my car with engine parts everywhere didnt put it back together lmao. So unprofessional. Worst shop ever, they clearly aren't mercedes specialist. Don't recommend at all. Only reason they get one star is because they let me keep the car there till i figured out what to do with it because it was literally garbage after that.

Where do you start. Been going to Prestige for the last few years. Everything seemed to be going along well. Until this last time I wanted service. Not sure what happened to the people I used to speak with, but the new crew is something else. An 'auxilliary battery malfunction' error showed up on my dash one day. I thought I could handle a batttery change until I 'youtubed' the location and replacement of the auxilliary battery. After watching the video I thought it best to take to the pros. After discussing the issue with the service adviser at Prestige, and not quite happy with his rationale regarding the service and repair of the malfunction, I booked my vehicle in. The Service adviser wanted me to replace both batterries for warranty purposes. He said it would be better as the batterries would be a 'matched' set. After much thought and discussion with the dealer I bought my vehicle from, I called back to alter the service request. I would only like the auxilliary battery replaced and I would replace the main battery myself, if required. The dealer indicated they would only change the battery at fault. I did not recieve a phone call until the day before the service appointment to have the clerk inform me that my vehicle did not have an auxiliary battery and that the fault could also be attributed to the main battery. I told her I spoke with the dealer and they told me I had one. She informed me that they researched the VIN in their computer system and their system indicated that I had no aux. battery. I would be charged the diagnostic fee and the repair would proceed from their. Hence, my writing this review. When you purchase a new vehicle, the VIN number indicates the options that were installed on the car in addition to all the mechanicals associated with the vehicle. The dealer VIN even has the part numbers associated with all the parts on your new vehicle. I called the dealer back and, as per the VIN information, my car was 'born' (had) with an auxiliary battery in it. There is a term used in the english language referring to the discussion I had with the clerk. And it was 'bald-faced' in her commitment regarding the aux. battery. This interaction has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this establishment for service or anything else. Maybe some employees need a change in scenery.

My 1967 250SL needed what I thought was a relatively small repair that ended up being a extensive and costly repair. I was initially upset with the cost, but with hindsight will say that Alnoor and Michiel treated me more than fair. I would recommend this shop for anyone with a Mercedes (old or new). You can trust them completely to be fair and honest with any job, large or small. I recommend them without reservation.

Horrible service. Even 1 star is too much for them. They kept my car there for 5 days for nothing. Then charged me $550, again for nothing. They never called me to give update. I had to call everyday. They also stolen my car's hood struts and installed faulty ones. I couldn't prove of course. When I asked them they denied. There are many better alternatives. Don't use these unprofessional people's service. Go somewhere else.

I brought in my transmission in for a diagnostic. After a week I was charged $850 for it to come back in a box with no explanation of what went wrong. My diagnosis was its toast! This explained nothing and left me back at the beginning. I was out $850 and learned nothing. They were very unhelpful and gave me no information no matter how many times i asked. I DO NOT recommend them at all!!!

My ML350 was running perfectly before going to this place. I just went for $700 regular service, and after service , my ML350 was leaking. I had to go their frequently , and every time this people charged for some new faults. They charged me more than $5000 in all charges together. Still my ML 350 was leaking , and I went to different place. I spent $1600 and leakage was stopped at the other place. I do not recommend any body to go Prestige Auto for any kind of service or repair. They only care about money they don’t deserve !!!

I went to this unprofessional shop to check on my car for unclear noise ; on front passenger side. Then they started ; that they need to replace rotor on both side. They also told me to fixe the brakes. I paid around 1908$ on May 28/2021. The noise was still there, issues not resolved which means they did a wrong diagnostics. I went back then they said ; they have to replace both springs links and do wheels alignment. They charged me again another 1300$; still the issues was not resolved . The same noise from their first diagnostic was there. I will not recommend this unprofessional mechanics. They didn’t helped me at all!!! They only care about money they don’t deserve !!!

Al and his team are incredible. My family has been using this shop for the past 20 years, multiple Mercedes vehicles, without complaint. Al goes out of his way to do what's best for you, not his pocket. Takes the sting out of maintaining these great vehicles. Highly recommend Prestige!
