I appreciate their patience and explanations of everything as someone who doesn’t know anything about cars and going through the stress of moving to a new province they were so helpful with everything I needed! My son took in my 2018 highlander on January 06/2022 to have the thermostat replaced. The mechanic that worked on my car not only replaced the thermostat with a faulty one but also bent and damaged my AC line. This damage was discovered by Toyota after I took the car in a week later because the heater still wasn’t working. I called the shop, spoke to a manager, he asked to see the car, my son took the car to their shop, after realizing the damage caused, he offered to have the AC line replaced at their shop. I refused to have them touch my car again. He declined to pay the bill that resulted from their negligence work. A $206 bad workmanship from this shop ended up costing me over $2,600.00 to fix the damage they caused and also replace the thermostat. The manager had the audacity to say he could order the parts for cheaper than what Toyota charging and have it done at their shop but I refuse to have after market parts put in my car and I will never ever have them touch my car for any reason. Bad bad bad customer service.

Got a inspection and checkup on my vehicle for a road trip, and they addressed the issues that I was facing professionally. Ghey were very kind to not charge me for any labour. And, gave me a detailed quote for what needs to be done.

I had called to get it repaired with my dealership and other mechanics, they quoted me FAR too much $$$. I called Parsons Auto and Muneeb was so friendly and really worked with my budget to get the part I needed and installed it without gouging my wallet! Amazing customer service, very nice staff and THE PRICE was right :)

Got me the best pricing options on the parts I needed with options to select from and very professional and quick. Good services from the staff.
