Called and asked for a tool. I was told immediately that they don’t carry anything like that for sale or for their tool rent program. Googled the tool. Found it on the website. Called back and asked about it and they verified it was in stock. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location.

Bad service compared to rest of the branches during the pandemic. Staff is unknowledgeable unless the computer tells them it recommends. Other stores of this franchise have staff who provide options not just the most expensive in addition to being aware of their stock before wasting 23 minutes waiting for a spark plug...

This store is just off 23 rd Avenue inside south common . Great place, reasonably priced products . Ample free parking space. Not too crowded. Helpful staff.

The clerk found and sold me wrong parts. When I brought them back to the store, I learned that they will not accept returns. No apologies. The worst service I have ever seen - will never shop there again !!!!

Don't waste your money,please go somewhere else, they sold me the wrong block heater cord for my 2011 GMC Sierra truck and they wont return it now! so I'm out 85$ should try to support your local parts dealer!

This is the pic on the partsource website of the washer pump for my car. It has a plug that is the same as on my car, the one without the plug and the dangling wires is the one they gave me. The parts guy said that they just use stock photos. Silly me for thinking the part I ordered would be different than the picture on the website. The picture is why I went there in the first place. The pump they sold me fits, it just required some tape and silicon to keep out the moisture. My real issue was the attitude of the parts guy, basically telling me my expectations were out of line with reality. Dang it all Google, why is there no negative star rating.

Called to have a part brought in from 2 locations. Was told it would be no problem and that my part would be there the next business day and that they’d call when it arrived. After not getting a call for 2 days I called myself and was told that one part of the order would take 6-8WEEKS to arrive. No one called me to let me know that I’m waiting for a part that won’t show up for weeks. β€œThe response i got was they said they would call when they arrive”. Unorganized. When they make a mistake, rude.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE, Purchase receipt showing 90 days return and in reality, all purchases are FINAL SALE Next-level support, The supervisor is NOT available and the Store Manager is available only Mon-Fri (8-3). ALWAYS THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE AT THIS STORE.
