I was in City spring today for a broken leaf spring replacement on my work truck, the repair was done exceptionally quickly and for a very fair price,
The staff in the service department and the front counter that helped me were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly ....
I would absolutely recommend this place, ive had several springs and other trailer repairs done here over the years and city spring never disappoints in the service they offer.

β β β β β I went in to buy some U-bolts for my upcoming leaf spring replacement, due to some miscommunication and lack of verification on my part I ended up with wrong ones. I went back and they made it right, within 10 minutes I had my new custom made U-bolts in the right size. Thanks!

β β β β β The staff was helpful and they had a good selection of in stock springs that I could look through. The price seemed reasonable too, but I've never had to buy springs before, so I don't have much to compare too. Overall I would shop here again.

β β β β β Updated Review - I need to thank the team of City Spring and Axle. They went absolutely above and beyond today with my repairs. They were genuinely concerned with my previous experience with booking and did everything within their power to remedy it. I feel horrendous for leaving the first review as it was based on a time when they were short staffed and were just doing what they had to to try and cope. Thank you again, I will strongly recommend you to all who are looking for axle and wheel bearing repairs!

β β β β β I recently ran into an emergency repair in a brand new motor home. I was leaving Edmonton heading for Inuvik, NT. The unit had a mis aligned rear axle. Robert (sales manager), made room to fit me in first thing the next morning. He and his crew, found and confirmed the issue. Then stayed on it until it was completely re aligned and safe to travel with. I would recommend these guys for sure. Big thanks to Robert and all the guys who saw me through this issue. ?

β β β β β Staff member I dealt with seemed VERY knowledgeable about what I needed for my 2008 F150. I think I was in and out in under 20 mins. This is the 2nd set of leaf springs I've replaced on this truck. Have no clue why I'm snapping leaf springs like this...I'm not hauling or towing anything heavy at all...Motorcycle trailer. Only think I wish I had caught this one snafu early on, I wanted a 4 leaf spring assembly. I somehow ended up with a 5 leaf spring assembly. Reciept says 4 leaf. Warehouse gave me the wrong part...And I'm not bloody taking this out to return for the right part...she stays in there now!!! Trucks rear end is sitting up higher than I like now so I'll need a bigger level kit for the front. The ride in my truck now is night and day difference. Smooth and comfy. I say this in the nicest way possible...I hope I never have to come to these guys again for a leaf spring job because I'm hoping these leafs springs will last longer than 7 years!!!
