I would recommended him to all of my friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle. I will definitely be buying our next vehicle from Brandon Wright at Go Kia South!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had inquired about a vehicle telling them I was ready to purchase that day. It took them over a week to get everything in order for me to pick the vehicle up. When I was in the store signing papers the gentleman in finance was rushing me and I quote saying “we have people in house and we are very busy can you hurry up.” I would highly recommend you take your business anywhere else. Go Dodge Red Deer I would highly suggest for any purchases in the Alberta area, I would suggest speaking to Ricky at Go Dodge as he has always been straightforward and very trustworthy I hope no one ever has to go through that experience and therefore I highly recommend purchasing anywhere but this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to 6 Kia dealerships that are located in Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary trying searching for a 2022 Kia Stinger. Stinger was my only consideration as I loved my driving experience with my previous 2020 Stinger.
Long story short, this location was the closest one from where I'm living and I purchased my 2020 Stinger here so I really wanted to get a reasonable price from these guys. I spoke with two sales associates and all they cared about was making the most margins on the vehicles because there is a high demand.
I get that there are chip shortages and not enough vehicles are being produced for all people that are wanting to buy new vehicle, but you should not treat your regular customer like you don't care if you don't buy one for extra bucks as there are more people willing to pay more for it.
One literally said I should go to another Kia dealer because they offered me a better rate.
It was a huge disappointment for me to lose a dealership that I've been going for years.
Unless you are willing to pay extra for what you want, I recommend you to wait for a bit until things get better.

Me and my husband had a family emergency and needed to drive to Newfoundland and Labrador when we busted our tire the night before we were supposed to leave. The tire we needed wasn't in stock so they personally drove and picked it up for us and squeezed us in to a last minute appointment right before the holidays so that we could get on the road. Amazing people, amazing service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just bought our new Kia Sorento 2021 LX Premium today, we love it so much and happy with our purchased. Miss Daria was so accomodating and very nice, she helped us alot specially for lending a loaner vehicle for my wife when we are waiting for a Kia Carnival EX that is not available. Sorento was nicely detailed and cleaned really good upon delivery. Monthly payment is a little bit high than expected since we have been waiting for a Kia Carnival for that price point, overall service was great. finance is a little bit pushy with the extras but glad i got it :)

He really listened to what features I did and didn't want and kept that in mind over the course of a couple weeks as I went back and forth between different options. He remained fully committed and patient, even while knowing that I was potentially leasing a vehicle elsewhere. He was very thorough in explaining the details about each different vehicle and always referred back to how and where each vehicle met or didn't meet my criteria. Karim is very professional while also being very personable. I would highly recommend individuals to pay him a visit when they visit Kia South.

Very honest with all questions that I had for them. The finance guy I saw Sam was also phenomenal he was straight forward with me and very honest very professional these guys made buying a car painless and easy. My son bought a used 2018 Optima Hybrid, at first he wants to a brand new but we know the auto industry issue, waiting time is too long for new vehicles and parts. He can’t wait and need one ASAP. This car 2018 only has less than 40km and full options. The whole sales process, the sales person did an excellent performance. I gave him 99/100 because on one is perfect.! Same as finance manager, super efficient. Highly recommend this dealership because the people are very nice and consider customer feeling.
