Product was opened which I understand happens but the women behind the counter - who wasn't even the employee I was dealing with - interrupted and was extremely rude about the whole situation. I will not be coming back to this location again. As a retail manager myself I value customer service and this was NOT an enjoyable experience for me at all.
R	R Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered new running shoes online, which we chose "in-store" pick as we thought it would be more efficient. However, when we received our order confirmation email it said it might take 7-14 days for them to arrive at the store. So I emailed them and said that if this were the case then to please have them shipped to our house. Matt who responded to my email clearly did not read it and was going to have my shoes shipped even though they were sitting in the store upon which we were to pick them up. I had to email back and forth clearly restating do not ship, unless it is going to take less time. Since, I wasn't getting through to him I had to call the store and the CSR had to get them to stop the shipment and now I have to wait for a call to pick them up. So after them calling me, I have to provide them my ID and receipt, a little over kill. Did I say they called me...? I am a business owner and if I knew of these costly inefficiencies I would want to know. I now remember why I don't shop here.

Prices here are ridiculously high service is ridiculously low, not really any redeeming qualities to shopping here or online with the same company. Unfortunately I was given a gift card which in turn is absolutely useless because there's not one stick of merchandise here that would interest me. Big profit for them, zero return for me

Unless you are an expert runner, they will treat you like trash...refused to give me my money back or even put me into a different class...
