★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, when I came with my mother here in this store we were told to wait and to please make sure to follow social distancing rules. Well, I always have followed all those rules since the first day the pandemic started. Also, no one really came to help us, but we had to ask and they did help us eventually. However, when we bought an item, my mother and I were coming out and then a tall, white, rude man comes inside walking while were not yet out of the store. I mean, me and my mother have to follow social distancing rules, in which we always have. But what about that white male? Why didn’t they told him about “SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES??? Leniency off course. The guy that told us to follow the social distancing rules was very elitist, mean, and Caucasian as well. Very disappointed. You know the word treating everyone with fairness? Equality? Equity? And Just/Justice? Probably I did not see it too much here with the personal experience.

One can get sports shoes for various activities like running, training, basket ball, etc. Also available sportswear for man, woman, youngs, kids, etc.
Staff is courteous.
Has wheelchair accessible parking, wheelchair accessible entrance.
As factory store, one can get few items at good bargain price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever , as I entered the store none of the staff greeted or even asked if I needed any assistance. Instead so called employees were gathered gossiping and talking among themselves. I’ve never seen such poor customer service . On my way out the cashier never said “hi” just grabbed my purchase and scanned it. Nike outlet you lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped here for years for myself & family of 5. One of the things we loved was the return policy if the air bags pop. A few months ago a new ‘district sales manager’ stopped me in store, & took the time to explain to me how the US is the only place that offers that, & the policy is changing in Canada by no longer offering such a thing. I proceeded to notice in the following months a great decline in product quality & price. My whole family has switched to Cloud runners. There’s other options that offer true value & great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing shopping experience here at Nike. The employees they have are genuinely trying to help you with your shopping. Ahmed was a great help for me, he spent his precious time with me sorting out which shoes are cool, and which shoes would go best with which outfits Nike offered. I have never had a customer service experience better than i did at Nike.

The only thing that I was looking specifically for soccer shoes (indoor and turf). I couldn’t find the one for myself: limited choice.
Rather than that - all good. People are highly polite and helpful.
