★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a shop that had capris and came across Rickis. Came in and a lovely lady came and helped me. She put my clothing choices in a fitting room and when I came in she had added things to make outfits. I have never had such amazing service!

I am far from a fashionista ( showed up in a Fleetwood Mac T and workout pants) the sales associate clearly saw my struggle picking out an outfit for an out of province funeral and she totally made me feel at ease and picked out some gorgeous outfits . (Most of which I would have never chosen for myself) I am so appreciative for her help and her easy going attitude. She definitely took away my stress in that moment and she really saved the day ! Wish I caught her name so I could give her a shout out ! THANK YOU ! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for black Friday and had been to about 7 different stores where all the staff were miserable/didn't even ask me for help once. I came here and the staff were SUPER friendly. The sales associate Heather in particular was SOOOOO helpful and friendly. I've never had service like that before, she went above and beyond for all her customers, had so much energy and on top of that it was black Friday (so it was busy). Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thank you to Jennifer who was so helpful towards me earlier this week. I told her how I wanted a pair of dress pants similar to the ones I had on and she asked my size and immediately got to work searching and in less than 5 minutes she had a fitting room set up for me with a bunch of different options and I found a great fit. It was the best service I've ever received in a clothing store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 27/21, I went to the Ricki's store at South Edmonton Commo n to shop for summer clothes. The store was nice and cool on very hot summer day. There was a lot of product to choose from and clothing displays were visible throughout the store and staff were uber helpful. I looked at and chose several items to try on. Also while I continued to browse, Simran and Heather made up total ensembles for me try if I wanted. All staff were super helpful and pleasant, which made my 1 hour+ visit most enjoyable. Also when I was checking out, Employee #71129(sorry I forgot your name) was just as pleasant & attentive as the other staff in the store. I had a great experience shopping at the SEC Ricki's store. Thanks to all you ladies for making me feel so special.

Aman our server makes sure we had the best dinner ever from the Autentic ??Margaritas to the perfect desserts Staying at home during this pandemic times and restrictions this was our best choice and glad we came???
