Roots Reusable Face Mask
This mask is a washable and reusable non- medical mask, meant as an additional measure you can take to protect others around you, without needing to use medical masks that should be reserved for frontline workers. The mask also has a slip pocket that can be fitted with a piece of filter material, including any kind of HEPA filter, which may improve effectiveness. Face masks can become contaminated on the outside, or when touched by your hands. If the mask becomes damp or soiled, wash the mask in a laundry bag, using a hot water wash. Please also wash before first use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good roots store with a large selection of clothing, both clearance and regular. The staff weren't overly helpful, but they weren't bad. Clothes are quite expensive, but are good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales stuff is beyond annoying! Was looking for gifts for my family... this takes time, you know and asking me countless times if I found what I was looking for... I was browsing, making decisions on what was on sale. At the cashier table two girls had to ring up my sale, it was a very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the customer service....after I entered the store and started browsing through the clothes, while also taking pictures...the store agent asked me to stop. Told me that taking pictures is not allowed in the store.
No sign posted indicating that it's not allowed.
Anyway the selection is also not that great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove all the way from the North side of edmonton to this Roots outlet in South common. Arrived at 6:05 and store is closed. Website, staff and even sign on door says open until 7pm but store is dark and locked up. No sign on doors saying anything as to why.
I am sick of this stuff happening all the time now. Businesses wonder why people turn to Amazon, Walmart and other big box stores; the answer is convenience and reliability. I can't even shop most of my local mom and pop stores as I work until at least 5 everyday and they all close early.
Sad.
