J	Javier Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here at 11:15 the door says they open at 11:00, there were some cooks and waitresses inside, they saw me and still no one came to open the door or acknowledge my presence, the sign at the front was turned off. So why do you advertise that the business is open at 11 if that is false?
M	Manny Worldwide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here last week and had horrible service, the filipino lady did not give good service the walnut shrimp was not right. Not to mention the portion size was ridiculous. She told me they ran out of hot sauce? How does a Chinese restaurant never have hot sauce. I only came here cause a friend brought me here when the manager lady was working. She was friendly made sure food was fresh and gave appropriate portion size but only then. I hope they train their staff I probably wont come back.

Place was busy, with a line of customers waiting to order and most of the choices were close to empty or empty. Staff in the kitchen frantically trying to cook all the dishes they ran out of. I had to wait 20 minutes for steamed rice, mushroom chicken and an egg roll. Also customers asking for soy and hot sauce and they have been out for a couple of weeks. This location needs to get it together.
D	David Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good food at all. I ordered through uber eats, and I'm glad I got at least a 30 percent discount. The lemon chicken and the ginger beef both were soggy. The chicken fried rice was just chicken and rice, no vegetables at all. Will never order again from this place. You'd be better off going the food court at the mall, lol.

The meal didn't have anything related to the movie on the packaging. The food was terrible. There was a hair in my Beijing Beef. The meat had no flavor, just spicy. The fried rice tasted like nothing. I'm so sad I spent money here on our one takeout night of the month.

The food is usually good, I ordered on door dash today and took a gamble on the cream cheese Rangoon entree and it was very disappointing. There was barely any filling and it was very dry. Also a very small portion size compared to the other entrees I got.
R	Rachel Penney-Cowan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bigger plate tonight at the south common location . I got home took 2 bites and cut my mouth on a long piece of coiled up metal. This could have been really bad if I would've swallowed this piece of metal it was about an inch long coiled up. I ordered 2 orange chicken, black pepper chicken and rice. It was mixed in with the black pepper chicken. I am very upset. When I called the location they just said they would replace my meal. I am not happy at all, I am horrified it's not like it was a hair it was a hard piece of metal and cut the roof of my mouth and if I didn't notice and swallowed it it would've been worse. Horrible I don't even know how this could've happened or gotten in my food. I also took pictures and will be contacting head office. What a horrible experience
