★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a size in the fitting room- there was two girls standing there- at first I was not acknowledged, then one of the girls took the pants to go grab me another size- I waited for 10 min and no one came back- I finally got dressed and as I walked out the same girls asked me how everything went- I was too stunned to even speak. There was one other man in the dressing room at the time, with few people in the store. When shopping for jeans is already a stressful experience, this was extremely disappointing.

Sasha explained to me that Levi's jeans sizing vary even if it's the same style of jeans. Sasha made me feel extremely comfortable with myself and the trying on process. Thank you Sasha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come to this store with 2 other family members in two regular occasions. No one helped, no one greeted us, or welcomed us to the store. Then, many of their sizes were out of stock or not available. Where is the customer service attention to customers? I do not think I will want to come here again. Not very attentive or nice of the workers part for me and my family. GOODBYE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a curvy woman and wanting to find some jeans , my girls dragged me into the Levi’s store in South Common as they now carry plus size. I absolutely hate trying on jeans as I never find a pair I like and I usually have no idea what I am looking for.
So for all my curvy and not so curvy girls out there go and see Ethan. Absolutely amazing! He made my experience in the fitting amazing, he brought me all the right styles and sizes to try on and never once made me feel annoying or uncomfortable. I left with 3 pairs and will definitely be going back to shop with Ethan again!
