Honestly am appalled at this location i went in early sat morning i knew what i was coming in for and i couldn't find it. I noticed a lady with brown hair middle aged putting stuff away i asked her excuse would you mind helping me I'm looking for some specific and i said let me grab you something similar because they had a vest option of it and she completely ignored me and walked to another section of the store. I ended up finding someone else who was lovely but i come to find out it was the store manager who treated me that way., Shame on you H&M for allowing a manager to treat any customer that way. I've scrolled and read the reviews she has been complained on in a few and YET she still gets away doing it, Lost my support in this location

Absolutely awful customer service! Not 1 worker helped me or asked if I needed anything. That was fine, I decided to keep shopping as I needed work clothes. I had about 10 full outfits and my arm was killing me. I asked a staff member for help thinking she would Say "Oh of course" and start me a room. Instead she said "What do you need?" In a mean irritated tone I told her "oh I have tons of stuff my arms are full" and she said again "What do you need???" I said "I'd like a fitting room?" She pointed down the way and said "It's right there!". I was so upset I put the clothes on a rack and left, she yelled "What I asked what you needed!!! That's rude!!!" I just left! I will never again walk in this store and hope many see this. This store will be shutting doors very quickly if this is how customers are treated. PS I'm pretty sure she was the manager! She had a strong accent, and earlier was speaking to a head office rep about doing a walk through.

Staff was horrible. After waiting in line for over ten minutes, two staff member left the front till and then had a customer complaining about issues with an online purchase. Causing us to wait almost 30 min for someone to finally come off the floor to finally help with the line up. Would recommend keeping an eye on the customers wanting to pay and help with a better flow of sales.

It's good with shopping for whole family. The only thing I didn't liked today there wasn't much choice with men t shirts in size small and medium. Rest everything was good

Terrible customer service. Made us wait more than 30 min to take a dress from the maniqui and then wait until the maniquรญ is is perfectly dressed , take pictures like for a magazine and then she could hand me the dressโ€ฆ then told us that this is something she shouldnโ€™t be doing in a Saturdayโ€ฆ and to come back on Monday to get the other dress from the maniquรญ. What a customer service!!! So now customers should know what tasks they could perform or not on weekendsโ€ฆ and should better not to ask for an item that may cause too much trouble for the employee to take care off. Unbelievable in retail business! I think that employee needs a very good reminder that retail is all about customer service. Something she does not have. I would never go back to that location.

Had worse experience with the Visual commercial VC of the store. She is so rude and arrogant. I feel sorry for store to have those kind of people working in store and set an example as an leader for employees who work there . She was so rarest to me. I had an purchase instore but the cashier forgot to put one shirt in the bag and when I realized that I went back to get it. She never apologized it was their mistake instead of that she is arrogant and kept arguing with me. Kudos ? ??to store and the person who hired her. Good luck having her and having garage customer service.

What a weird store. It's like they are SO CLOSE to understanding the trends of today...but not quite there. The women section is all 'little house of the prairie dresses" and business slacks. then the youth section is basically tiktok outfits that would violate every schools dress code. Their prices are way too much for how poor quality their clothes are. also there was only 1 girl working there. No one talked to me, or asked if I needed help, or got me into a fitting room. Also there was no music. It was creepingly quiet in there.
