★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place today, did buy a pair of shoes, I didn't get the size in both the models I liked so settled with another size that I regularly don't buy. This place is taking all the precautions required for covid. Although I felt the staff was less and needed to wait a bit but were available immediately as they were free so no complaints considering about the given situation, they were helpful though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a find! Very glad I visited as I found some wonderful items at great prices.
Although all staff were adhering to the Covid-19 protocols, they didn't seem very interested in helping customers with the exception of the cashier. She was fantastic.
Perhaps it was an off day for the other staff and it won't prevent me from returning. I look forward to my next visit. It gets 5 stars for the fantastic selection of items with equally great prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and one of my family member are regular customer of this PUMA store. Everything is good except the manager, I forget her name but she is a white girl. she is really unprofessional, she has no work ethics at all. I feel that she is racist towards Indian community. Not only us one day our friend went to store and asked about a product to her and she gave weird reaction and didn’t answer the question. Manager is really unprofessional. Her tone suddenly changed when people from another community come to store rather than Indian. This is really disappointing and disrespectful as one day I noticed her behaviour. Store needs a new manager or needs to remind her how to deal with customers.
