C	Courtney Kossatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disgusted by this place. I had asked an employee if it was ok to bring my puppy in prior to entering London Drugs. I was told it was ok. I was searching through the perfume section when I was rudely approached by the cosmetic worker. She informed me that dogs were not allowed in the store. I apologized for having my puppy with me and said I was just going to grab what I needed and would be on my way. She then continued to harass me. A manager came up to me and asked if I could carry him and I said yes that would be no problem and informed them of what had happened and a misunderstanding. Turns out they didn't have the perfume I was looking for. I politely asked the manager if she could please look up a different London Drugs to see if they had the perfume. They refused to assist me in anyway. In fact, they followed me around and continued to harass me. I understand that puppies were not allowed in the store. However, I did ask and I was misinformed and the rudeness of the employees was disgusting. I have never been treated so poorly before at any customer service place. I will take the extra 15 mins to drive to a different location. HORRIBLE PLACE WITH HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
L	Leonora Morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get me wrong, I love those rare sales you find on some items. But had the worst experience in electronics twice! The first time I went the staff in electronics was very rude to me and barely helped me regarding my Daughters laptop. So he tells me the diagnostic fee and what not and I said I’ll come back. The second time I go back to electronics with a tad more money to pay the laptop fees, which is where we bought the laptop. The staff was a bit more nicer but basically told me I was better off erasing the data and recycling the laptop which is weird considering the issue was I couldn’t turn it on, thinking it was the cord or battery issue. Not to mention I had security following me and my Daughters for some reason. Regardless, went to a different private repair laptop store who charged me just over $30 and fixed the issue which was the cord. So, all in all, learnt my lesson and please support our locally owned businesses.
G	Guru Fix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to store to return vacume cleaner, without receipt. Michele saw me waiting on the customer service, she came to desk to help me, not only she understands whole situation but also she came up with the solution to exchange the Vacume cleaner with new one, with not much waiting. The entire process was smooth. For me it was a good experience. I would like to shop here frequently.

I truly appreciate Brenda's willingness to listen and coach her employees for a service that should be quick, simple and hassle free. Thanks again Brenda! Hopefully this will not happen again for future customers and I will continue shopping at this london drugs. Made an order for pick up online and correctly filled out the form to have someone else pick it up for me. When I received the email that my order was ready, it said that I was picking it up even though I typed another person's name. To fix this, I called the store ahead of time to get it changed before the pick-up person went in to pick up my items. The guy who talked to me said it was fine since both of our names are on the form and it was left at that. When my pick up person went in to pick up my order, the lady was very rude and inept. The employee had to ask my pick up person multiple times for their name even though she could've just looked at my order and seen that their name was on my order. This employee had to get another staff member involved and I had to call yet again, getting a third staff member involved because she refused to hand over the order and continued to ask what the pick up person's name was even when the second employee had already handed the items over to my pick up person... :( Added a star because items were correctly fulfilled and the 2 employees I talked to were friendly and professional.
J	Jason Marsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to South Common London Drugs to setup 2 new cell phones, 2 new numbers and change carriers for 7. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kevin was in charge of the phone and plan activations and changeovers. He is very knowledgeable about the plans and steps needed to help us out. We also had Scott and Curtis getting Kevin’s back and installing 7 screen protectors. Very good overall experience. I would highly recommend South Common London Drugs for your cell phone needs.
S	Sandy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store to exchange a prior purchase with my husband. While he was dealing with that, I was looking at the photo gifts they provide. The store manager, Brenda, ended up helping me out. Answered all my questions even though I had no intention of ordering anything that evening. I ended up going home and trying different layouts with their website. I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised when the items were ready the following day! Great service all around! I can't wait for my kids to open the gifts Christmas morning! Thank you!
P	P_Addler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Computer centre: London Drugs : South Common. Well, where to start? My Mac was dead, Apple no help, no promises from LD! I had 3 days before a trip abroad. (Pandemic /Shipment/microchip shortages worldwide!) Not only did this amazing duo led by Joe, with the newly employed Jan, get the battery on day 3, but they rush installed it too! Knowledgeable pair with a personal touch, and if they don’t know the answer they’ll find it out. Joe figured out issues with my fancy new LED lights too! Jan I’m sure, is in good hands for training. Though I do seem to remember Jan said I bring “chaos!” Hard to find nowadays someone in a store so upfront! Awesome service from these two in the computer centre! They made my day, and went above and beyond what seems to be sadly standard these days! There is hope after all!!!
A	Adetoyese Oyedun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large London Drugs store in the South Edmonton common. Great place to get passport Photo for Passport and Immigration applications. They have quick service and turn around is very quick. The only downside is one of thr 4 passports was rejected by the passport office. They promised to retake the photos if rejected so we will be going to have it retake and will update this review if they keep their promise.
