I went to best buy to return my party speaker there is a girl on checkout her name is Jasleen. She had a very bad attitude towards customer. I forgot the mike and wire we said we gave them from another piece but she treat us like we did not paid for single item we said we leave far from that place and she replied it is not that far … is this the customer service is this how you treat the customer… show respect rather than your bad attitude..

I recently bought two appliances, which supposed to be delivered a few days later. One of the delivery persons was absolutely unprofessional. The fellow was rude and impatient. It turns out he was being untruthful as well. I decided to not accept the delivery. The sales people were initially helpful, but it was quite an ordeal to get my refund. What was supposed to be a good deal was far from it as the price changed the next. Ultimately, it was a terribly disappointing experience. I will never buy an appliance from Bestbuy again.

When I was in BC over Christmas, I went into Best Buy and tried to purchase a TV from there, and have it shipped to my house in Edmonton. They wouldn't do it, told me to order it online. So I did, and also purchased the TV mount and install package for 174.99. When I got the TV delivered, the guys said they weren't supposed to install it. So I went over to Best Buy south Common and was told that there was no record of my sale. I gave them the invoice and order #'s, but they still couldn't find me. Said that the TV THAT I PAID FOR, was not supposed to be delivered to me. They told me that if I couldn't produce the receipt for it, they are coming to pick up my TV, and are going to be investigating me for fraud. They also will not be honouring the TV mount and install price for 174.99. Told me that the cheapest they will install my TV for me is for $450. What kind of scam is this place?!?!

I bought over $2500.00 worth of TV and extras from these guys. The sales guy talked me into getting this service where they calibrate the colors on you TV after few months of use. I stayed home for the scheduled service day, I called them to fined what time I should expect them (since they never called me). They then told me that my scheduled service had been canceled and nobody could be bothered to inform me. So I tried to reschedule. But the only days they have available are 2 months away during the week. I would have to be home from 7am-9pm and hope they actually show up this time? So now I need to take a day off work because they cant schedule a time only a day. me- "Ok This is not working for me. I will just take a refund." "Oh no sir, we can not give you a refund, you will have to talk to someone else." So now i wait on hold again only to talk to someone that tells me I have to call the store. But the store is not taking calls. So you have to take an hour and a half out of your day to go see them in person. I don't want any of this! Just give me back my money! You have already taken my time! SO they get the store to call me during work hours and I miss the call. They never call back or leave a message. I try calling again! Finally get put threw to the store (3 day later) The store tells me they cant give me a refund over the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!!! What a waist of my time and money. I don't want any part of these people ever again!

I was in need of a hard-to-find piece of equipment for education purposes. It was (is) for a technology that we use in teaching anatomy. First I spoke with Best Buy Central on the toll-free number; they were very nice but could not do anything and they told me the only way was to do this in store. So I spoke with a lovely person in the Downtown Best Buy store who suggested I speak with the managers of either the west-side store or the South Commons store. So I went to the west side, they were very nice but unfortunately they don't stock the product. I drive all the way to the south side were they do receive stock (or will eventually) of the product and I ask to speak with the manager. Enter Shawna. Her first words were directed at the greeter, not us, telling her "I've never seen these people"... uh, OK, well that's why we're here, to speak to you about a product that we desperately need for carry out our curriculum in these trying times. After I got to explain the situation she said "you'll have to wait in line like everyone else". I said I understand your position but can you consider our situation and realise that we need this to deliver our program. She dismissed us saying "I don't need to be talked to like that". Excuse me, like what? This person was extremely rude from the start and then accuses me of talking to her "like that"? I have lost faith in humanity here.

Last Black Friday I went to Best Buy with my dad to buy him headphones. They double charged his credit card. It took us three weeks to sort that out. Few months later, I went there to buy the SSD for my PS4. They convinced me that certain port format will work for it and promised I can return it if it doesn't work. I had to full on yell at them to make them refund my purchase, because I opened up the box (the only way to see the actual part, otherwise hidden inside). Yesterday, I went there to buy a TV. TWO LEFT STANDS! The worst part of it, I will probably go there again, as it's literally the only place I can get those things for a reasonable price. And the things I end up buying work. But Holy Customer Service, Batman... Just one more reason, why we need more small mom & pop shops around.

I went last week to buy a wallmount which cost $199. They guy RAJ told me that he will give a $25 discount since I'm a geek squad member and installation will be $50. When the technician arrived, he said that the wallmount I got is not compatible, so I paid for a new one for $230. I went back to the store to get a refund, but they only gave me $50 because on the receipt Raj gave me, the wallmount is listed as $40 and installation is $175. The manager didn't even bother to investigate and just told me tgat the charge is correct. No care at all!!!
