★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people don't know what they are talking about or something else. I brought my S22. They said that the motherboard cable connector was damaged and I ended up buying an S10. I just took the broken S22 to Original Cellphone and they replaced the screen, no problem with motherboard cable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in assuming we needed a new battery. The young fellow that helped us looked at the iPad and advised us getting a new battery would likely not make a difference. He suggested upgrading from the ipad 5 to a 9. Also advised some prices at ipad providers and told us not to buy an air9 as it is more expensive than a 9 and the parts are more expensive. All this info at no charge. When/if I need repairs on any of my devices this guy gets my business ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today January 17th to repair my laptop, which was in urgent need of repair. The staff was very friendly and super professional. He provided me with a very fast fix and top notch service. I really recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Google authorised dealer. They did not have 1 of the parts needed for my repair, but another branch in Edmonton did. They could not repair my phone because it was against company policy to either transfer parts between shops, or sell it to me to take to the other shop, or for me to transport the part from one shop to the other. The plan was to do half the repair, and then wait 4-6 weeks for the last part to be ordered, while the shop held onto the phone because they are an authorised dealer and it is "policy". This is a joke considering there was a part available in Edmonton. In the end they were willing to let my phone be "released" if I agreed that it would void my warranty. I ended up taking the phone after the partial repair was completed, and driving to the other store to have the repair completed. Only to have the repair quote overwritten from $180 to $340. Be careful, you might get promised one thing and get something else.

Their response time was quick, they viewed pictures of my damaged phone, quoted me a good price, and booked an appointment for me to bring my phone in the next day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly technician, who assured me the work would be completed in an hour. And as promised, it was! I’m very impressed with my experience with this small business. They are honest, fair, and provided amazing customer service and my phone screen is in optimal condition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my daughter to get her iPhone xr there to repair. She cracked her screen while hanging out with her friends. Booked an appointment online. Dropped it off and picked it up within one hour. My daughter was really happy her phone was fixed. She also bought an outer box case. The price was reasonable for her.she used her birthday money to pay for it.
