The staff is knowledgeable and able to help you pick parts that are the best fit for your build. They are able to explain the differences in price points without pushing you hard on the high end, each person who has assisted me wants to help me build a PC to MY specifications- only making suggestions on quality upgrades that make sense for me. I have never had a single issue to raise with them, always outstanding service.

Finally went in and they won't fix it under warranty. Have bought 3 computers and countless parts here over the years. Won't be shopping here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited the store for a computer that was not charging. We were taken care by Jill in Customer Service. She very quickly diagnosed that the charger was faulty. We would've bought one on the spot, but she taught us that we needed to match the power rating, and they did not have one available. She was super-knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I cannot think of other any other electronics store in which the people you talk to know as much as Jill here.
