Mr. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the ownership, acquisition, development and management of self storage, residential and industrial real estate in Canada.
Mr. Scott is the Chair of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (TSXV: PKT) and serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC). Mr. Scott also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Self Storage Association.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and the CPA and CA designations.

It was convenient and I appreciate that they helped me get a second unit close to the first one when I needed more space. Once I was done, cancellation went smoothly. Clean and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best of luck getting to your storage unit. There's massive mud puddles across the laneways which have been there for weeks. Nothing is being done to fix the problem. I haven't been able to access my unit for two months. Have had to wash my truck each time I go there to see if my unit is accessible. Nothing but excuses from the staff in the office (yes they are friendly but how tough is it to get a load of gravel in and spread over the mud? Is it a question of not wanting to spend the money?).
