I came to Cervus for forklift certification nervous and not sure what to expect but the experience completely exceeded how I had hoped the day was going to go. I so greatly appreciated the fact they sacrificed some of the room they could have put students in in order to create a safe learning environment during Covid. It felt much further apart than 2 metres and it was very reassuring. They also offered gloves and appeared to have extra masks for anyone who forgot theirs. The course material was easy to understand and the instructor presented it in a way that was both humorous and engaging. He was so supportive when I went to drive the machine that by the end of the course I almost wished I could have had another go at it. When it comes time to recertify I won't be going anywhere but here and I highly recommend you do the same.

I did forklift safety training at their Edmonton branch and I can't stress enough how well the service was. Everybody at the office was very friendly and my instructor Carl Dacosta is amazing at what he does. I would definitely recommend others to get it done here 10/10

Be careful, buying equipment from them. They sell you a warranty package, however they do not honor their warranty obligations. We had a part broken in about a month since we have purchased it, they replaced it and they have been requesting a payment.

I wouldn't recommend using the services of this particular branch. Around a month ago, I booked the course for "Fall Protection" and "AWP" in advance. I provided my credit card to guarantee the spot and was charged the whole amount as courses are paid in advance, which is understandable. The exact quote from the representative: "I will need you to call the office to book your courses, and when you call, please have your credit card ready for payment as I will need the courses paid in advance to hold a spot for you." My credit card was fully charged; however, I couldn't attend the courses and don't require this training anymore. So I sent the email the day before to the same representative with the following words: "Please cancel this training for me. I am aware of 75 dollars penalty charge." The agent tried to re-book me in the course, but I claim that I didn't need the course anymore. I also asked for the remainder of the charge to be returned to the same credit I had provided earlier. The agent didn't respond to my email after I said I didn't need the course. Here is what the official confirmation says: "CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received up to 24 hours prior to training date will be accepted without penalty. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to training date will be assessed a $75.00 per person Cancellation Fee. Failure to attend the training course without notification will result in a $75.00 "No-Show Fee." I understand and agree that my cancellation is a no-show. Thus the fee of $75 is applied. That means that the remaining amount of 240 has to be returned to my credit card. Instead of receiving the remainder, I, for some reason, don't receive any response from the agent. I tried to contact them via the general website, but no one responded. I want to get my $240 returned to the credit card. Thanks
