Updated review Jan 5th 2018: interesting to see that the salads come in kind of a "some assembly required" fashion. At first, I was surprised by this, but then after thinking a few seconds I really like how you're able to make your salad exactly how you want it. Want a taco salad with no salsa? No problem, it comes I it's own container. Have allergies and can't have certain things in it? It's a lot easier to work with such when they're all in separate containers :) Updated review Nov 3rd: Still just as tasty with exceptionally quick service. Wound up getting something slightly different than what I had said (Asiago Ranch combo, received spicy). Despite not noticing this until my first bite, the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and apologetic and offered to remake the burger with a smile. Still definitely an excellent location to stop at for a meal! Original review: Service is quick, even during lunch rush where there isn't much of a wait, and the staff are friendly. Burgers are always properly put together (no "Ikea syndrome" like some other national fast food joints where you have to reassemble your burger before you can eat it).

Update to my previous 5 star review from about 6 months ago: After over five years of good food and good service at the drive thru window here, we stopped going to this location a few months ago. Not sure if staff changed over or if there was a change in management, but it wasn't a good change. We started getting very squashed, very messy/sloppy food, and it wasn't uncommon to get one hot burger and one cold one (both squashed like someone sat on it) in the same drive thru order. The squashed burger thing isn't a food quality issue, it's just very messy trying to eat a slimy pancake of a burger with bits falling off it. And it's not tasty when it's served cold. People we know who've kept going back to the drive thru over the past few months say they're still getting squashed, slapped-together messy food, and that staff still don't seem to pay attention to what they're doing. Be prepared for a second drive thru to insist on hot food (or not squashed food).

May 6th at approximately 730pm I went here to get some food. I requested 2 JBCs without cheese and behold.... upon recieving my food/arriving to my location, they had cheese melted to the patty. I decided to go back and ask for them to be remade. They did remake it.... however they TOOK the OLD FOOD THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW which goes against FOOD REGULATIONS AND GUIDLINES. They also put the new food into the same bag. Please do not eat at this establishment if you know what's good for you!

Went through the drive-thru today. When I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told their system was down so they couldnt give me one. (I paid with cash) When I said it wasnt legal to deny me a receipt, she said it would take 5-10 minutes. The manager then ordered the staff member to print me one from the "other computer." This took 5 seconds. Are they trying to cheat their taxes? It seems so. CRA needs to audit this business.

Nicely renovated. Staff are helpful. Nice new Coke machine, lots of flavors. Burger fresh and hot as were the fries. Delicious!

Will never order from this establishment again. May 6th at approximately 730pm I requested two JBCs without cheese as I am lactose intolerant. Upon receiving the food and arriving to my location, I noticed there was cheese melted onto the burger patty. I went to back request them without cheese again. When I got to the window they requested the food back! WHICH GOES AGAINST FOOD REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES. Needless to say, tossed the food and will never return. Don't eat at this establishment if you know what's good for you.

I do enjoy their salads, and their burgers are very good. Just wish their buns were better. Something about their texture just does not suit my tastes. I do look forward to the annual bacon mushroom melts... Mmmmm
