β β β β β Ordered from skip and got an uncooked meal. Beef is still pink! Terrible location for Thai Express, try the one in south common, never had a bad order.
Our order had 4 curries and it was basically this curry broth, all the meats were barely cooked.

β β β β β Ordered fried rice with no onions drove about 20 mins and 20 mins back to work to find out there is onions and when I called them I was accused of lying saying they made sure that there is no onions on it not cool @thaiexpress

β β β β β I ordered the med spiced yellow curry with shrimp. There were indeed 6 med sized shrimp (with the tails on), about 3 pieces of potato, 5 pieces of carrot, a LOT of hot onions (can still taste them), red peppers and eventually a curly 1"long piece of...something. The dish was mostly rice + curry sauce. Not a good value for my money. Oh yeah, there was a few tiny pieces of canned pineapple. And the curry was mild, not medium spice as advertised. There was no-one else there, but still had to ask for chopsticks. It was to go, but wasn't even put in a bag with the utensils and napkin as it should of been, I feel.

β β β β β Everytime our office orders they skrew up.
Pay for extra beef or veggies, today didn't get them, my other coworker got uncooked raw chicken.
She was waiting in store for over five mins nobody acknowledge her, the guy in there said he had to yell so someone would come out of the back and take his order.
Gonna definitely stop ordering from here after the 5th time getting wrong orders etc.

β β β β β Ordered thai soup with coconut milk and general Thai chicken and rice and it was disgusting. The soup was like water and we had to return the Thai chicken dish as it tasted burnt like the pan with the oil was old. They remade it in the same dirty pan so it was still burnt tasting. Never again....$30.00 in the garbage

β β β β β I went to Thai express and they messed up I guess a lost in translation? Anyway I said fried rice with tofu. They put Thai rice and I said fried rice!Thatβs it. No veggies. Well, I told them, and they got mad at me. And said this is the only time I am doing this! I will make another for you and was having an attitude and usually he is a nice man to me. I was kind and his attitude really hurt to see. And I said forget it! Give me my money back! And he said no and made my food again. I asked for extra green onion didnβt even get that. Lol anyway And I felt shame and said I ainβt coming here no more! And he just waved. Like who wants to eat food after they make you feel bad?? I spent lots there tonight for my kids!
My kids got 4 chicken pad Thai. I got the rice.
I havenβt been there for some time, but I spent a lot over the years. So I donβt know why I got attitude over a meal. They have the Thai or basil. but I think I was specific on just asking for fried rice no veggies just tofu. Still, the attitude I got was not appreciated. I did not specify Thai option.

β β β β β Poor customer service. Poor food. My pad thai was absolutely drenched in the sauce and barely cooked. I ordered the same dish from the Thai Express in south common and quality of food from there was night and day. Print out at the entrance asking for a good review on google with proof for a "free fountain drink". There is a reason it's a split between 5 star and 1 star reviews, they're bribing people for good reviews. Will not be going to this location again. Stick to the one down the road, at least they're consistent and the reviews are real.
