β β β β β Itβs a KFC. What can I say? Renovated facility. Got my order in less than 3 minutes. Got a bucket of 10 chickens and 3 gravy. The only thing I will make better is the customer service. Paulβs tone was not positive which is sad as he was saying the right things but wonβt feel that he meant it. More smile from the voice.

β β β β β Stopped in for lunch now that this location has been renovated, and it was a nice tasty surprise to say the least. Picked up the two piece $5 value meal, and there's a reasonable amount of food for the price.
Chicken is rather hot with crispy skin (to the point where if I hadn't let it cool off slightly, I would have burnt my tongue, so it was definitely hot!) and the fries were hot and crispy as well.
While previous visits (before the renovation) have left me disappointed in the quality of what I had received, this refresh of KFC has me excited for when I get the mood for fried chicken!

β β β β β This store has improved in recent months. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is clean. Food is pretty consistently above average. The remodel of the store is nice.

β β β β β Very kind, friendly service at this location. Disappointed that the chicken is under heat lamps and not made fresh like in the ol'days.
Regardless, I got a ten piece bucket of chicken for $26.99 on Friday, only to discover that on THURSDAY the same bucket is only $16.99. Then when I got home there were coupons in the bag that offered even *better* deals than that....lesson of the day, do the research.

β β β β β Food is great. They make it fresh so you might be waiting a while but it's worth it and the staff are genuine and courteous people doing their best. Probably the best KFC location based on staff and quality

β β β β β This is the best kfc in Edmonton. Famous sandwich with fresh crisp pickles, fried chicken is giant size like my uncleβs dishes. Patient services and quickly bagging. Only one bad thing is no public manβs room.

β β β β β Went through the drive thru at 7:09PM. They didn't have any chicken ready. Isn't peak times 5-8pm. Order our food, pay for it and THEN after the transaction is approved she proceeds to tell us a 7 minute wait. 20 minutes later the employee comes out to tell us another 4 minutes left on our food but it already been 20 minutes. Seems like a pretty long 7 minutes......

I had the first meal and it was very delicious, and it was in my mother country, Syria, and this was 18 years ago, and even I was an employee in those days at the KFC restaurant in Syria, specifically my city of Damascus, NK It's indescribable.
