β β β β β I bought a pair of high quality, Canadian made boots from this store back in May 2021.
I had to try on a few different pairs until I found a pair that felt right.
I was having issues with the steel toe cap on the right boot but I thought it would be fine after they broke in a bit. This wasnβt the case and the right boot was just not working with my foot.
I went back to the store today and talked to the owner. I explained my situation and he did an inspection on the boots. He said he could feel a defect and without so much as a question, the man fitted me with a new pair of boots (boots that he himself designed for that Canadian manufacturer) and sent me on my way with a smile.
Sir, you have a customer for life in me and I can assure anyone whoβs wondering if Diablo Boots is the place to goβ¦ I guarantee that this store is the number 1 place for customer service and satisfactionβ¦ probably in all of western Canada.

β β β β β A huge selection of all kinds of leather boots. He has a wall of shame for other name brand work boots and it's quite sad. Canada West Boots are also displayed and you can see the difference. Customer service is through the roof! I'll be back for my next pair. Nora says thanks for the candy ?
