This company can't manage to deliver coveralls to the same facilities that they picked them up from. Our employees had to spend days visiting other sister warehouses and facilities to track down their own coveralls and uniforms. A lot of employees never did see their coveralls again.. It's amazing that with the industry being the way it is now, that a cleaning company that specializes in a pick-up / drop-off cleaning service could be so unorganized..

Poor service, we had several problems getting coveralls and the repairs are substandard. The thread is balled up and does not hold a zipper or pocket after the repair. We terminated the service and they want to bill us for their problems. Sighting stained coveralls as a charge back. They are the ones cleaning the garment, why can't the get the stain out? After reviewing the stains, some are not stained at all. Damage to coveralls, due to their repair process or lack of. They do not have trained seamstresses because the sewing is all balled up and repairs are worse after. Do not use them.

Mark hall is the worst to deal with! They charged us for 6 weeks with out deliveries. Mark said he was going to call me back and never did but passed on our account to someone else! He’s a real piece of work. If u get him as a service rep ask for a new one or just use a different company all together.

It’s really self explanatory, we were a customer for 15 plus years, we had β€œok” service. However the last 2 years the service dropped off, we were consistently missing coveralls. After numerous complaints that were not dealt with we decided to change vendors. 6 weeks after giving our notice they came back saying there are several garments missing from our inventory......... wow no kidding, now they want us to pay for the missing garments that they have lost in there system. Terrible business practice.

Our shop is serviced by Drew, he does an amazing job every time he is here. When things aren't right he does everything he can to correct them and genuinely cares about his level of service.

Not sure if a blind person controls the sizing here or what..... but I have a locker full of coveralls ranging from 64 to 68s..... 68s fit smaller then my 64s and some of my 64s fit smaller then my buddies 58s...... zero quality with this company

I have never had an issue with the rental rugs or the service techs - That has been absolutely great. My dissatisfaction comes from the poor service agreement terms (5 years, really?) - auto-renews with no notifications or e-mails saying the term is going to renew - so shady - good luck trying to cancel - they will still charge you the remaining amount outstanding for the contract.

Two years ago we switched to Canadian Linen from a different provider. It was the best decision ever. There are still occasional product issues, as there will be with any supplier, but the service we receive from our Customer Service Representative Chad Delainey is honestly "over the top" He is always prompt, friendly, eager to make sure our needs are met. I am sure that part of why Chad's service is superior is the leadership and support of the Customer Service Manager Joel Phillips. Joel is always eager to correct any issue and knows me by name when I call for assistance. They both make us feel like they are GLAD we are their customers, and that is what service is all about!
