The Stadium Yards is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown. Everything is convenient here and Jas has been great and easy to deal with! No joke I applied and literally I'm moving in the next day. Nice suites, good vibes, and good construction. Stadium Yards is definitely a place to make your new home.

I moved to SY at the end of December and was very clear with the leasing agent from the get-go that I was moving to save $. I downsized to a studio + den unit to do exactly that and I asked before I signed anything how much the power would be. I was told β€œit’s super cheap because we have our own power company. Plus you get lots of sunlight so you won’t need to use the lights a whole lot.” Well wasn’t I appalled when I got my first bill and it was $150 for 3 weeks!!! Now today, I have gotten my newest bill and it is almost $200!!! I work full time out of the house and I am not even home a lot of evenings and weekends so the energy consumption doesn’t make any sense! I am especially upset because I decided to move in here because I thought that it would be cheaper but instead with these power bills, it is actually costing me more. If you’re thinking of moving in here be prepared for the high power costs. Extremely unhappy and frustrated about this.

Stadium Yards is by far the most interactive and exciting place to live. Not only are the suites gorgeous with the most amazing finishes, but we also get access to the stunning amenities. The staff is always accommodating and the Community Ambassador, Serena, always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are thrilled about where they live. And if that’s not enough, they are pet friendly too! ;)

Although it may seem like Stadium Yards is the perfect place to move in to don’t be fooled. It’s way too over priced for all the negatives: a huge loud fan on the inner side of the complex that will not let you sleep at night, fire alarms going off at 3 am or bright and early in the morning, and don’t forget the extra 100 dollars a month for underground parking where homeless people like to take a nap in your car. The list goes on, but at least the apartments themselves are nice…right? Anyways if your planning on moving in make sure you take caution in doing so. -Current Resident

I was there helping to move a new tenant, we were greeted by the management truly the entire building layout look amazing they did paid attention to small details, they have roof top river valley views, work out rooms, have music rooms outdoor courtyards etc there still some part in a development process but most of the apprtments are completed and tenants are filling it fast.

The worst rental staff ever! I asked for a half-day off at work for the viewing and no one from the rental showed up; they confused the day and scheduled me for any random day, It was very hard to deal with one person, there was always a different person responding my emails. One staff member got sick and stood me up, he was so unprofessional when I called him, all that he said was β€œI’m sick” he couldn’t reach his work to be covered or inform me to reschedule because he got sick. They asked me for my pay stubs and my husbands; I sent our IDs and pay stubs, but no one contacted me after a week. Finally, I was able to contact someone from the rental office and I was told I got denied because of a complaint of the SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL kid who was sick and stood me up. He said I was abusive over the phone (I take that as an insult). All I did was call and inform him that I was waiting for the viewing and that he was already one hour late, to what he answered β€œI’m sick” no apologies or anything other than I’m sick β€œand no one can show you the unit”. I got stood up, so I told him to be more professional and advise in advance to reschedule instead of leaving customers in the unknown. Very disappointing. I thought the place looked very nice and safe even though the area can be sketchy a few blocks down the road. I was willing to pay the 500$ non refundable fee for pets on top of 35$ each month for each pet and 120$ for underground parking (yes, lots of extras). TERRIBLE RENTAL SERVICE

Been living here for just over a month now. I virtually checked the unit out from another city, signed everything online. Got handed the key the day I moved in. Jas helped me through the whole process and was very professional and friendly. Its usually the case that leasing or unit management is super friendly before you sign the lease and then its either super hard to reach them or they are not your friend any more. Not the case here Everyone on the leasing or maintenance team is always friendly and extremely professional. Thanking my luck I decided to put an application here sight unseen. The facilities are great and the homes are very well designed.

When I moved in, I was immediately impressed with the workmanship. The attention to detail and layout, it was clear that a lot of thought went into this build. With a view of downtown, and the sounds from the stadium on game night, it was an added bonus. A great place to come home to.
