β β β β β Iβve been seeing Dr. Susan Low for 30 years and she is the most caring ,thorough ,patient doctor as well as an incredible person. She looks at issues breaks them down into components and assesses if the strategy is the best it can be. I am more than confident that any of the partners working in the office have been carefully selected and Are trustable in her absence.

β β β β β The receptionist staff are so incredibly rude, especially over the phone. Only receptionist that I've had consistently good interactions with was Hoda. The doctors are incredible, but the receptionists need a serious attitude check.

β β β β β We just wonder. Is there a better and most caring, compassionate, approachable, efficient and extremely knowledgable doctor on this PLANET than Dr. STEEVE BOISSINOT? He restored our faith in humanity and that's not an exaggeration. If you met him, you probably know what we are talking about. He is simply an amazing human being. All my family believes he is by far THE best ever. We wanted to write this review long time ago and kept postponing it. Glad we finally did it. He deserves it! His family must be very proud of him. Dr Steeve YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

β β β β β Dr Boissinot is amazing! He's the first doctor I was able to see when I moved to Canada a few years ago, but I've never felt the need or want to look for another. He made a stressful international move so much easier because he takes a genuine interest in his patients lives and histories. He is incredibly caring and supportive and I feel well taken care of by him and the staff at yellow bird.

β β β β β Dr Steeve Boissinot is one of the best family physicians I've encountered.
Upon doing some research online and reading reviews on family doctors accepting new patients in the Edmonton area, I came across Dr S. Boissinot. I was taken back by all the positive reviews and experiences others have had with him, that it made my decision to chose him quite easy.
Now, after seeing him a few times, I can attest to the fact that he goes above and beyond expectations. He listens to your concerns, provides very valuable feedback and it never feels rushed.
You would be hard-pressed to find a better family physician in YEG.

β β β β β The Doctors here are great and very professional but the front office is where it is lacking. Thereβs been issues with documents and instead of trying to help figure out a solution they try and make you feel like itβs not there problem and have to figure it out yourself.
