My advice? Stay clear. Because I had not seen a doctor in three years they decided I was no longer a patient. They said it was because my doctor has left. No contact whatsoever since the doctor left to advise of this and to offer me a different doctor at the same practice. HORRIBLE.

My doctor from birth unfortunately retired and I found Dr.sarah after she moved into my area. After 3 years of terrible customer service from her receptionist, I have decided I can not be quiet any longer. I thought having Dr.Sarah as a doctor would have been better than having no doctor, but I was so wrong. I have spent more time at the walkin clinic and have gotten better medical attention and professionalism at north whitby medical than with Dr. Sarah Albadry. My daughter had her tonsils were over grown and blocking her air way and it was an allergy specialist that caught this not Dr. Sarah who examined my daughter numerous times. The specialist even went as far as saying that my daughter could have died from suffocation and that this was neglect from my practitioner, who was Dr. Sarah at the time. I was rushed to hospital in December where I was directed by ER doctor to have surgery in 3 weeks. I called Dr. Sarah's office and her receptionist Melissa informed me I would not be able to see Dr Sarah for explanation or a second opinion before my emergency surgery in 3 weeks. But I was able to get in and speak with a walkin clinics office and have a phone appointment which helped. Dr.Sarah She had no time to even have a phone appointment with me. My medical records that were supposed to be requested 3 years ago was not done to date and Dr.Sarah's office has yet to take responsibility for this neglect and failures. Now I was just informed that the registration records office is asking for over $100 for my records now which of course Dr.Sarah refuses to take care of . Despite the fact that the charge for storage over the 3 years I was told my records were retrieved is completely her offices fault. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR PLEASE BE WISE.

The doctors are fantastic, the office staff are dreadful. I haven't had a single good experience with any of the office employees. Everytime I try and make an appointment I am reminded how disappointing it is that there is a shortage of good doctors. The incompetence on display here is astounding.

Dr Pinto is one of the best Doctors in the GTA however his reception staff not so great. They don't answer phones or follow through with referrals or call backs. It seems that the bad reviews are with the staff and not the Doctors. I totally agree. I have had Dr Pinto as our family Dr for years and only have had issues at his new medowglen clinic with the staff.... Dave, the pharmacist is one of a kind the friendliest and we'll knowledge guy you could meet. There to help you. 5 Star for the pharmacy

I wanted to share that the Pharmacist David is an exceptional person who cares about the well being of his customers. David makes follow up calls to ensure medication is going well, reminders when dosage change and he takes his time to complete consultations with his customers. I also wanted to acknowledge a nurse in the office her name is Jen, she is awesome and takes care of my mom who is 86. I highly recommend this medical practice and the amazing Pharmacy within. It is hard to find people who just care about people and have the time to spend to review medications. Thanks EJ and Nancy

This clinic is the worst clinic when you talk about the front desk staff, receptionists. They never pick up phone most of the time, long delays and on hold and very rude to the patients. Family doctors are doing their jobs good and treating patients well.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the doctors and nurses. I’ve been left feel frustrated by the front end staff. They called my husband at 1:26 to inform him the nurse doing my daughter’s vaccination wouldn’t be available le past 1:30 for my daughter’s 2:15 appointment. When I arrived, I received no apology and they accused my husband of the miscommunication. Had they phoned me earlier I could have reworked my day to accommodate but they left me no chance of that. I then waited 30 mins beyond my appointment time to see the doctor and had to reschedule and leave as my daughter was growing increasingly upset and I had other appointments I needed to make. I left the office feeling ignored. They were able to get in patients who arrived after me in to see the doctor and never acknowledged that I had been waiting, with an upset baby, for far too long.

I have had nothing but great experiences using this pharmacy/clinic! The reception staff are always very kind to me and the pharmacy has really amazing service (seriously they’re so fast)! Especially the pharmacist David, he’s one of a kind. He’s always nice and is very intelligent. 10/10 would recommend this pharmacy!
