β β β β β I'm really confused about all the bad reviews for this place. I have been going here for about 8 years. A few years ago I didn't have a regular doctor but I always seemed to be put with Dr. Wong, I love him. He listens to all my concerns, explains everything in an easy to understand way, he makes sure you understand everything before leaving the room, he remembers details about my personal life even though I only go in maybe 2-3 times a year, I could keep going. So Dr. Wong is now my doctor. The hours at Gateway Medical could be better for the walk-in people, but Dr. Wong takes appointment times a few times a day so it's easy for me to book in with him, I typically get in same day or next day. Front office staff is always nice and respectful. Never had an issue here, keep it up!

β β β β β I've been a user of this clinic for the last 8 years, and in that time, received exceptional care with only one incident that was sub-par with one of the Drs we don't typically see. Dr. Keough has proven himself to be a great diagnostician, and extraordinarily well-studied physician overall. Can't speak highly enough of the staff. I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but good care also requires a good patient.

β β β β β My entire family has been coming to this clinic for many many years with Dr.Wong as our family physician. I've literally seen him since I was 5 years old and I am currently 27 so I'm pretty much gonna be a lifer. Dr.Wong is an excellent knowledgeable doctor who listens patiently, and explains things so that it's easy to understand.Thank you Gateway Medical Clinic!

β β β β β I can't say enough good about this clinic and it's doctors. Dr. Ferenczi is an excellent and caring family doctor - the best I have found. He is up to date on current research, takes time as needed to explain things and will actively seek out up to date information online during visits. He is willing to problem solve for solutions that fit with my wishes and health goals and is supportive of mental health as well. I have seen 3 other doctors in this clinic when Dr F has been unavailable and they have all been excellent as well. I never wait in the lobby area more than 3 min to get into a room to wait for the doctor. The front staff are lovely. I have had to go to this clinic at least a dozen times in the last year and have never had a negative experience. Highly recommend!

β β β β β Absolutely the most pleasant clinic I have ever been too. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Doctors are amazing. Very knowledgeable and get things done. I will be staying with them for life. Now I know why my wife has been with them for 20+ yrs. I just wish I went earlier. Thank you Gateway Medical.

β β β β β Got a wrong doctor note from Doctor Wong for $50. All patientβs info are wrong, looks like he just did copy and paste, asked for $50 in cash. Reception lady also rude and canβt gave a explanation about why they charged $50. For this particular experience, I would like give 0 star.

β β β β β Dr. Wong has been my doctor since I was a baby, I am now 26 and he is by far the best doctor I could have ever hoped for! I have never had a problem getting in to see him even on short notice! His nurse is very sweet as well. Overall I believe this is one of the best clinics in edmonton as all their staff is very professional and very kind! Would definitely recommend Dr. Wong as a doctor, he is not only professional and amazing but he loves lightening the mood! Always makes me laugh when we go in!
