L	Lisa Bedore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of booking they did not advise me I was being booked only for a consultation as I was being referred to here for a procedure. Went in from out of town assuming it was an actual procedure to find out we needed to pay $85 for someone to tell me the exact same thing in about five minutes the dentist referring me told me. To be clear, the dentist and assistant were absolutely wonderful. This is the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1. The concern and absolutely horrible experience was to due with the receptionist. She was rude, short and when asking her questions she didn't even bother to look up from the screen when answering. When we found out it was a consult and evidently frustrated at having to book time off and come into town she became standoffish and made comments in the manner that we should have just known this. I will be finding a new facility to do the work which is a shame as I did find the internal working staff enjoyable and polite. Just a disappointment the client facing staff does not share the same values.
N	Naima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst dentist I have seen in 35 years. I had such a horrible and painful experience that it took me 3 or 4 years to go back to a dentist. He started working on root canal when I had a very painful abscess/infection instead of giving me antibiotics to treat it first.

I had an emergency root canal that had to be done immediately and I was in extreme severe pain. Unfortunately, both Dr. Donald Yu and his assistants treated me as I was just nothing. They ignored completely my status and scheduled me for an appointment after 3 days. My case got worse and worse and I had to extract my tooth to remove the pain and stop the infection. Very bad office. Very bad doctor and very bad assistants.

Even when I was in another patient was as impressed with the service as I was. They are only root canal specialists and inform you on what they need to do and cost is decent for a Root Canal. The Receptionist girls are amazing friendly to customers, over the phone and to each other. A very friendly environment.

First - dr Charles is so friendly, soft spoken, concerned with me during the procedures and even with follow ups! I have bragged about his bed side manner and work lots already! The front desk ladies are also great, understanding and super helpful with figuring out a plan! I was also there and have witnessed what others complained about and will say I did not see the negative!
