I appreciate the dedication to safety of shoppers. Staff at this location have always been very kind

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store looks great and organized. I usually shop in every Goodwill stores in edmonton. Just Last week I visited this location. Would like to share this Wonderful Incident happened to me in this location. I have seen Great Customer services. But must say this was above Expectations.One of the cashier mistakely overcharged me for a jewelry item. Dharmik helped me with the refund. As I regularly shop at Goodwill, he identified me and he knew I was overcharged. He came to me and ask if I still have the receipt and told me to bring the jewelry i purchased on that day. He did solved the problem very politely and refunded my money back. Very Impressive and outstanding Customer service.Goodwill Rocks,Lucky to meet him..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very surprised about the high prices with goodwill. Been shopping goodwill for 30 years, ever since i was a kid with my parents. And the discount tags are a joke, they remove most products that are supposed to be discounted. There is absolutely no organization. I can clearly tell incoming products are being stocked over the old stuff. I visited all goodwills in Edmonton and area, they all turned into this. Disappointing wont be shopping goodwill anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is ok, but their prices have gone up dramatically and that was before inflation and the pandemic. Ever since they moved to the new location from the one on 51ave.
The biggest thing is "boutique" stuff. Charging bank because of a label. It's all donated, used clothing. Seriously. Other people wore it and gave it away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't get what we were looking for which was portable bedside lamp, but they had quite a handful of lovely lamps, decors, small home appliances, I did check out their clothing and shoes section, quite lovely stuffs they've got. Cute long boots and outing shoes for women.
