Love coming here for anything I need for my hair, or my daughter's hair! I don't know much about hair dye or hair products, but the staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the products they carry. Everything here is very well priced and better quality than what you find at any big name store. You buy everything separately for hair dye from the color to the developer, as well as gloves and whatever else you may possibly need. Love using the demi permanent dye as it lasts fairly long and makes my hair super soft and healthy!

The staff were all really helpful and knew what they were talking about. I had dark red hair but wanted platinum blonde and the ladies who worked there helped me pick out products so that I could get my desired results at home. Included before and after pics (used l'oreal quick blue bleach, clairol 20 vol developed, wella T14 toner)

Very rude manager. I went in to buy a 100 plus worth of needed nail product. She was so bad at her job I literally didn’t buy a think. Purposefully rude and if they saw my beauty card…..they would know I shop there often and spend a lot. I have a licence so use Beaty Depot in Calgary and it’s way better with product and service. I will also be writing a complaint of this manager Crissy’s sad style of making business.

oh my god. i was in there for 3 minutes and 5 different staff asked me if I needed assistance. The store is so awkward and dead silent that I’m sure everyone kept hearing me say no. and when you do ask for help they aren’t knowledgeable. such an uncomfortable experience.

Bought hair extensions recently here that were terrible. I was told these were the best they had, would sit flat to the head and were remy. The clips were small and don’t hold onto your hair well. The bond that keeps the extensions together is plastic and unless your head is flat they bubble up so there’s bumps all over your head. And they’re also shiny so if your hair isn’t super thick it’s easy to spot them especially if the light shines on them. Poor quality hair as well and likely not remy as it tangles easily. Paid over $200 for these and it was a complete rip-off.

Usually the staff is awesome and friendly, think the person was new, went in a few days ago asked for help with which developed to get all I got was aditude and when I asked if you mix it she said you don't mix it rudly then asked if you only need the dye and she said well you mix it. Then heard her rude to another customer right after me. Not good service from her the other lady was friendly though.

Zero customer service here. Foul attitude. Asked for help from one and was waved away in a general area. Explained I don’t know the store could she show me. With a huge sigh she walked me to the area. I asked if she had a problem with me and she said β€œI’m helping you”. Her poor coworker was trying to make it better. Thank you for trying. Please don’t use the other one as a role model. Had to walk out. No way would I give this outfit another dime.

As someone with experience in salon products and professional color. I have to say I love the location, and variety of products. The color selection is amazing, I'm loving the ION colors! ? The store is most of the time very clean, although it can look quite bad when staff are working on restocking. The staff have been friendly and checked to see if we needed any assistance finding items. Each time we have been in for product, staff even explained the return on hair products.... My gf has naturally curly hair so many products do not work. As many know I'm sure.. it can get expensive trying to find the best product for your hair type. So it was great news when staff informed us of the return policy. **On a side not, cuz I see a lot in the comments** The Staff IS NOT professional trained in all the products!!! So they do Try their best to provide answers (they even admit when they are unsure), but they do have limited knowledge. SO make sure you understand the process and keep questions, to the basics. AGAIN THE STAFF ARE NOT TRAINED PROFESSIONAL HAIR OR COSMETICS SPECIALIST.
