This gym has so many problems. Employees don’t do anything. The second leg press has been broken for months. There is a new machine broken every day. They don’t care to fix it. Cheap dirty gym. Cancelling my membership here.

Dylan set me up with a new membership and I’m loving working out here. All the staff is really friendly and accommodating. Dylan my salesman was fantastic, he signed me up for my first hot yoga class (which I am loving) and even gave me a bunch of helpful tips on my form and some new workout ideas. I would definitely recommend this Goodlife if you’re looking for a new gym.

Wonderful location, the new manager and staff are SUPER welcoming and really make it a safe and comfortable space for all. I would highly recommend it, perfect gym for beginners all the way to advanced lifters!

It’s a great gym in the fact it’s now the only 24/7 goodlife in the city. But that being said, the weights are never nicely organized (Clareview wins this award). Sure that’s mostly the guests doing but staff should still be doing rounds to make sure it’s put back in place. And the mens steam room has been down forever it seems. Yea it’s an older location so wear and tear is expected on some things like lockers and equipment. It just seems like this location takes longer to repair things for some reason.

Terrible customer service. The staff screwed up by telling me my membership was cancelled when it was not. In fact, it probably reactivated that last day I was at Goodlife to pay the balance and take care of this matter. I have a busy schedule and did not notice they were trying to make withdrawals from one of my accounts until I received a collection notice via email this past weekend. This is the only reason I found out I still have a membership. I called in for assistance since this is the location I have been dealing with and the manager had zero intent to help me. After explaining the situation, she had a terrible catty attitude and not only gave me zero respect with sarcastic comments such as “yes I know your time is valuable and mine is not” and did not solved my concern nor gave me an explanation, but instead tried giving me advice on how I should never just make verbal agreements with people (her staff verbally told me last time I was there my membership was cancelled when I took care of wathever balance she said I had). Never thought I’ll be called a liar. Where is the customer service? Oh and they also closed the gym and left me naked inside the sauna last year. Pretty terrifying trying to get out of the washroom when is jet black and you can’t see anything but feel the walls.

i will start by saying i’ve always hated going to the gym. finding the right work out, the right time and right gym feels like a chore. Not any longer! i recently spoke with the manager kayla. she made me feel right at home, showed me around the gym and even introduced me to staff. it’s clear she has helped to create a fantastic atmosphere for staff and clients. i can’t wait to get in the gym now.

Love the turf, sled and rope area. Change rooms are huge and well kept. Steam and sauna rooms are great. Well Kept, well equipped gym. I travel to visit this gym... It's that good.

This location is convenient for me but unfortunately it's kind of gross. Last time I went there were dirty masks and paper towel all of the place and the lighting there is very poor and dark. It does not have the same feel as its other well kept locations. Decent equipment but not happy with how there is no deadlift platform and a lot of popular equipment is limited to only the personal training area. If you can go to rabbit hill do it .
