★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products here never disappoint and typically the staff are very bubbly and helpful but my last visit, not so much. Not sure if the girl I spoke to was a manager or if she just acted like she was but she was very rude during our whole conversation where I wanted to verify something on my receipt. Typically I just go to the South Common location and now I definitely will. This store used to be much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to shop at this location today and was told they weren’t allowing more people in line due to Covid protocols. I did a lap around the mall and came back when the line was smaller and less people waiting. The female employee picked me out of line once again. Did I mention there were people lined up behind who she allowed to stay in line... At this point I was furious and didn’t know why she had a problem with me as I was following Covid protocols and had not entered the store in my life. So asked my mom if she would stand in line for me, my mother was then accepted into the lineup and was able to shop. I was VERY unimpressed with this customer service and will NEVER shop at this location again as I felt personally attacked.

Always stocked with the products, old and new, transitioning them well, and always ready especially during there's special sale going on. Customer service is way better here than what I experienced in other locations. The way they do the facing of products looks very neat and tidy, that makes the place look full of good stuff.
