★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, I went to the Southgate hudsons bay and had a great experience with Michael & Delia in the perfume section. I originally went in there only to refill my perfumes but with the sale going on that was ‘spend 175$ to get 25$ off’ so I was able to bring my price to 150$ with an additional 15$ from Michael going out of his way to call the service department so I can collect my points where I haven’t been able to do so for 3 years, in which which brought my total from 187$ to 147$. I am one happy customer.
Thank you Michael and Delia for taking the time to get my issues sorted out and saving me SO MUCH money! I appreciate people like you.
I will definitely be back!

On-line shopping is terrible experience.
The store is bad now. Full of non shoppers damaging product. Hire security. Hire cleaners. Very dirty store. The change rooms are filthy and smell bad, carpet worn like from 1980? Keep changing floor placement of brands so can't find anything. Expensive cloths on floor (that is what i am buying?).
So instead - I order clothes on-line, product received not even close to description, made mistake to retun via mail, took months to get credit after 25 emails and calls, really bad Customer Service. Big ships move slow, sink fast. Hope you save this one. If you order from Amazon it arrives in 2 days and no hassles.

There are many areas to shop in this store, if you like selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad that these stores are rapidly becoming dumpster fires. Difficult to find any staff that can help you, and when you do they just point you in the random direction of where what you are looking for is. Then if you want to try cloths on, good luck finding someone to let you into a change room. I gave up today and just dropped $500 worth of clothes because it just wasn’t worth roaming around anymore for help. Best to just shop online, or seek out dedicated brand stores that actually care about how their products are represented and what the customer experience is.
Sad that these icons are dying, but it’s really not difficult to understand why.
