She looked very annoyed that I am returning and the way she talked was very rude. A person like her should not work at retail. She did not even ask the reason of returning and just wrote on the receipt 'the reason was not provided'. I also ordered a t-shirt 3 days ago which is on delivery and noticed price went down. I asked her if she could do price match - she said she cannot without having the product at store. I showed her my receipt and explained. She just ignored me. I always went here to shop and I am not going back to this store again

I would not recommend placing pickup orders however as there’s no curb side pickup and they don’t offer same day delivery via Uber/instacart. Also impossible to reach as they don’t answer their phone it’s an automated machine that loops you through various steps and numbers.

S	Skylar McEvers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't get to catch anyone's names, but there were a handful of people there that made my very first time at Lululemon a hit. I'm a pole dancer and have only ever used terrible shorts for dancing... and I knew it was time to upgrade. I walked in knowing very little, and was helped to pick out the right pair for what I do. All my silly questions were heard and understood and answered. Primarily, I was terrified to go in because I'm not very skinny and trying on athletic wear at a trendy store scared me. But a diverse and welcoming staff made me feel very comfortable, to the point I even felt safe leaving the changing room in the shorts I was trying on. My only note is that maybe staff should ask for preferred pronouns especially during elongated conversations and customer service. Would be nice!! ?

That said, their clothes deliver on the promise, and the employees, especially at this location, are super helpful. Super duper helpful. Some stores make me feel like I don't belong, this Lululemon isn't remotely like that.

E-mail certificates are available as well - it just feels lazy The very kind customer service representative was very helpful and directed me to Shopper's where they carry a large selection of LULU cards. TaDa - mission accomplished ?
