There guys don’t bother who wants help.
Footlocker should close that southgate location, I don’t think their employees want to work and sell products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst footlocker store in Canada. The store staff was rude. I had problem with shoe and the store staff told me to wear shoes inside home before wearing them outside.
The store manager told me he himself wears shoes inside home before wearing them outside.
I will never recommend anyone to visit this store unless anyone wants “AWESOME” advices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service, I came in this location and in no time one lady ask me and show me what I was looking for and then when I got the two pair of shoes I wanted another lady was ready to get them for me, very polite and professional. Treat them well and they'll do the same for you. I'm definitely coming back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff are very cocky and rude, they act like they're high school thug wannabes that think they're better than everyone else and have no sense of customer service. selection was minimal and prices were inflated compared to other footwear stores. employees cared more about talking with each other rather than respecting the customers and actually doing their job. hq should consider changing their hiring process because it seems like the employees here are only chosen because they own expensive shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by to buy some sneakers. The sales man and woman were very attentive to get me my shoe size, but they didn't hover while I was trying them on- which is exactly how I like it. I bought a cute pair of sneakers at a great price.
