★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called sherwood Park location and gave them the specifics of my phone. They told me to go to southgate mall which takes me 45 minutes one way to get to. I went there and they told me we can not fix your phone. Which was misrepresented at the sherwood park store. In return I have had my stuff fixed at southgate mall and the job was done great. They received 3 stars as I had a bad complication. Also there prices are a little big high as other competitors where cheaper and job was done the same. But regardless not bad overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken screen? Go see Michael at Mobile Klinik. In fact all of the staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to get your phone fixed and back to you as soon as they can.
12:30 Dropped my phone at work and broke the screen
4:40 Brought my phone to Mobile Klinik. I was told they would do their best to have it ready before they closed
8:10 Michael sent me home with my phone, good as new...oh yeah, and they close at 8 but he let me stick around until it was ready to save me having to return the next day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customers service. I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced. After replacement the power buttons (which are part of the screen) stopped working, so they replaced the screen again at no cost. Then the microphone was not working after the second screen replacement, so they gave me one of their refurbished phones of the same model at no cost, transferred all my data onto the new phone, and put on a new screen protector.
While I wish there had not been so many problems with the screen replacement, I am grateful for the awesome customer service. They were always friendly and made sure the problem was solved in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get a new battery for my son’s phone. Staff was very polite but extremely busy. While I was trying to figure out when I could bring the phone in at a better time (and get the phone away from my teenage son again), Amit stepped forward and saved the day by choosing to stay late so I could get the battery changed that night. This was unexpected and going above and beyond. He made this Mom’s day, and certainly my son’s as well. Job was done professionally and I love the warranty they provide too. I’ve been to Mobile Klinik before and have always had very friendly and helpful staff but this takes the cake. Thank you so much Amit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm only giving a 4 star because they didn't contact me when they were done and I had to contact them the next day to see if it was complete!
But other than that, they did a FANTASTIC job of fixing my phone. And they threw in a tempered glass screen protector and installed it for free!!!
Great place to go and it reinstated my manufacturer's warranty too because they are an authorized repair place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The camera and mic were not working on my S20FE which was still under warranty. The samsung phone service sent me to the experience store. They kept my phone for 3 days and said they can not repair it under warranty because it has a bend in it and I have to pay for it!!! My phone was flat and in perfect condition physically, it had absolutely no bend. One of the girls working there laid the phone on the table and tipped my phone with her finger and said see it is not straight, I then told her, yes of course it will wiggle because of the camera that sticks out on the back?!?!?!?!?! They lied and refused to fix it.
They send phones to repair to the Mobile Klinik which is also in the southgate mall.
After dealing with Samsung Experience, I went to the Mobile Klinik and asked the employee who diagnosed my phone if he can explain to me how there is a bend in it. He then put my phone screen down on a table and twisted it. My phone kept turning, and he said that this is how you can tell that the phone is bent.
Next, I went to the place where I bought my phone, I told them the story. I asked them if I can see a S20FE and try to turn it, and it kept turning too. It has nothing to do with a bend!
Mobile Klinik and Samsung Experience are shamelessly lying to their customers!
The place where I bought my phone sent my phone to their repair center and they said that the motherboard needed to be changed. It took about 4 weeks, but they fixed my phone within warranty, and now my phone is working beautifully again. They did not say anything about a bend and they did not try to somehow get me to pay, they were honest and did the right thing.
