Brought in some ancient Apple machines for recycling. Excellent staff, and amusing to me getting rid of them how enamoured the staff was with the computers vintage 2000! Wanted to make an appointment for my mother, 83 and in a wheelchair, to be able to test drive iPads and tablets, but they won't make shopping appointments.

The worst Apple costumer service. I brought in by Iphone to be repaired since I cracked the back glass. I checked in for my appointment only to be told it was canceled with no explanation as to why that happened. After waiting a while a spot opened up. The Apple employee ran a diagnostic on my phone and did her checks over it. She proceeded to tell me that there was no other damage besides the glass. Since the glass back was broken she told me it would be $39 to fix under apple care which I agreed to. When I came to pick up my phone I noticed the phone wasn't repaired and now the front screen was in a great deal of damage that it was not like when I dropped off the phone. The employees told me that the phone was unfixable giving me no other option but to purchase a whole new unit. If I would have never went to the apple store for the repair I would still have that same phone, fully functioning only with a cracked back. The complete lack of communication from the staff is extremely disappointing. I would advise anyone to stay away from Apple Southgate Center and go the location In West Edmonton Mall.

I just had one of the worst customer service from Apple South Gate. A manager called Wade was insensitive, unprofessional and condescending. I brought forth an issue with my Apple Pencil which was clearly a defect. I have had it for 6 months, and the body began to fail. A product that is designed well and manufactured well is not suppose to do that. He did not even take time to listen and follow along on what l was saying. Horrible service from a manager. The agent did way better

This is the worst apple store that I have ever been to with the worst employee attitude and unacceptable service. It’s not the first time that I’ve had a bad experience here and I feel they no longer deserve the benefit of the doubt. I thought Apple was a company that stood by providing a unparalleled customer experience, but this store is an exception. I went to the store to like buy a brand new iPhone and trade in my old device. The technician expressed that if I don’t buy from their store, they will give me a really bad trading price. Unfortunately, that made me decide to take my business elsewhere and buy three new devices from a different store.

Terrible experience! I stopped by to pick-up my iPhone 13Pro and have an Anti-glare protector screen “professionally applied” – as suggested on Apple’s website - at store. The “Apple guy” brings an applicator bracket and a protector film. He asked me to unbox my device. After placing the Protector film on the screen, he pushes hard on the screen to get rid of several air bubbles trapped in-between. Even though my iPhone is placed on a soft pad and he uses a soft microfiber cloth, this much of pressure stressed me out! I point at one of the bubbles that was caused by a tiny particle and tell him to stop because clearly “professional installation” at a room full of people and dust didn’t go very well. Now he partially peels off the film and tries to get rid of that particle!!! Really?!!! Is this Apple’s definition of professional service?! Asked the guy to remove the protection screen got a refund for it.

Very happy with the service we received today. Small wait to deal with a specialist. The specialist was knowledgable and if there is something that she didn’t know she did not just make up a lie (as most sales people seem to do) she said “hey I don’t know but let’s find the answer together” and that was super helpful and the customer service was phenomenal. I ended up buying two brand new iPhone 13‘s.

I was asked by Apple Support to have my Airpod Pros looked at in person. I haven't been going large stores or malls in recent weeks, so was a bit nervous, but the team at the store was very coordinated, masked, and had clear protocols in place. I was in quickly, had 45 minutes to drive around while I waited for the repair, and was able to pick up outside the store with no issues.

Incredible experience going in for a MacBook battery replacement. Tom, the specialist who assisted me, was so knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone requiring any Apple product service. Tom was able to replace the battery in about 15 minutes, much quicker than the estimated 3-5 day turnaround time, saving me an extra trip. I could not be more pleased with both the technical service and the customer service I received!
