S	Sydney McLeod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an awful experience here. One employee wouldn't listen to me about sizing and kept comparing my "size" to hers. Then she insisted she measure me so that we could know for sure. All the while, she kept looking at my chest and body size. After I decided I didn't want to spend my money there, and I left the change room, a different employee asked how things had gone. I said it didn't work out, and she proceeded to look at the size, look at my body and asked if I would try a large in an extremely rude tone The way employees talked to me, it felt like they were trying to make me self conscious. I got the sense that they thought I was being a size optimist and tried to make me feel bad about it. I will never be returning to this store.
S	Stephanie Perreault-Bittner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very upset at this location. I was in for the 7 for 28$ Underwear deal. I had also purchased a bra. When paying, the girl ringing me through was distracted talking to the other girl- clearly not paying any close of attention to my purchase. I thought the total was high but I figured the bra was a tad expensive. I was in a rush- so I left it. Which I am wishing I questioned. Until I got home to realize they charged me PER underwear item. So what should have been 4$/item they charged me 8.50$/underwear. As a customer you would think they would pay more attention to such charges. Don't go there- or if you do, make sure to question and watch every little thing they do. This is sadly not the first time I have had issues with LaSenza.

I've already struggled with having the right fitting bra which leads me to have multiple different sizes at home that don't all fit properly. I was at the southgate mall location and Erica was so helpful. She came in a gave me a fitting and took the time to keep bringing me different sizes until we found the right one to fit me. I ended up buying 5 because the deal was so great and they fit perfect, they also had lots of different colors. Go see Erica, she's so sweet and helpful, and knows her stuff. Thank you Erica :)

Last time I was shopping, the lady that was helping me was nice and assisted me in finding the right fit. She also suggested I sign up for a La Senza card that will give me a 10% discount for the full year. I declined as I said I will not need any discount, because I will most likely not shop there in the next year. She said you never know and insisted. I said yes, just to realize, when I got home, that the La Senza card costed me $10. She never mentioned that. Very unprofessional.

When I was in I was helped by Shay who insisted I would leave feeling better about myself, whether I bought anything or not. She wasn't wrong. She actually found me a small selection of bras that would fit. She gave me solid advice on bras for my body type and I managed to find something. Again, there was a very small and limited selection, but I was able to get something that day. Thanks.
E	Emilie Hiob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has staff that really care about finding you the perfect fit for you! With Covid in place the stores in BC are closed down. After visiting family I discovered the centre at South gate is open. As the changing rooms are still not open it took a few times to find just what I needed but I have to say my experience was absolutely phenomenal with the staff and their expertise. I would highly recommend choosing this location because of that!
E	Emmett Salmon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small store, but it's got good stock. I'm an awkward size (small cup, big band) but I had lots of options to choose from. The staff are attentive without being pushy, with good suggestions and helping you spend less and get more. The change rooms are closed with the pandemic, but they're still offering to measure you, and exchanging the style I didn't like on my next trip in was completely painless. It can be a bit of a wait with the small capacity limit, but having lots of personal attention is a great trade off. Thanks for all the help!
