After having an issue with one of the products I purchased, where I assumed a replacement would be denied, my issue was handled with compassion, understanding and attention to detail. The attendee was great at accomodating for my need, along with provided a replacement. I am pleased to say I will happily continue shopping here. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been very happy with all the items I have purchased. I decided to share your great clothing as Christmas gifts. Everyone loved the gifts except for 1 problem...I accidentally got the wrong sizes. So I have to go exchange them for the right sizes. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone usually offers help here. Workers that are dedicated into helping other customer with their concerns and with what they are looking for. It has been the second time I have come here and they have always offered me to try my clothes even though other stores do not do that anymore to COVID-19 and before COVID-19 as well. Great customer service traits many workers in here have. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might not know how important it is to a new mom to have a nice fitting, comfortable pair of plain black jeans but Leo at Southgate mall AE was up to the task. After figuring out what size I needed (postpartum body changes) I went on the hunt and learned AE had extended sizes (yay). However, extended sizes are sparse (come on guys fix that). They were sold out online but I called the store to see what they had, they said had one pair in regular, not curvy, so I went to try it on. They fit ok so I decided to get them and asked the store associate, Leo, at cash to check another stores inventory for curvy. Long story short he dug through the back of the store and found not one but two potential curvy options for me and one was perfect!
This might not sound like a huge deal but it made a huge difference to me. So thank you, Leo for taking the time 30 minutes before close to help me out.
Also thanks AE for the cute reusable bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful. The greeter checked on me 2 times, the change room attendant checked on sizes for me and the cashier blew me away! She made sure the shorts I bought wasn't cheaper online and fixed the price!!
