★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to look for a shirt, I was Served by Joe. He listened to my request was very polite and courteous to help me find one .. He also helped me by steaming it so I could wear this to work at the same time, wow!! He also suggested some add ons and, why not! I gladly purchased them since I need to have some extra shirts. Thank you Joe and management for making this a great experience , I appreciate great service and just had to let everyone know. this is a great store to find a great selection of sizes, even for men a little hefty like myself. I will be back very soon!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and good at their jobs. I ordered some items online that did not fit and this location returned them with no issues, bought a few shirts while I was there.
Just want to mention this is a specialty store for larger guys, and they do charge an appropriate premium on that basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I especially recommend this store due to the experience that my wife and I had with an associate who works there, by the name of Rita Werthmann.
We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and I had to browse through a fair amount of items before I found some I liked. Throughout the entire visit, Rita frequently made suggestions of colours and fits that complemented each other. We ended up staying almost 30 minutes after closing, and even then Rita was still incredibly happy to help me find a good combination of clothing.
This level of customer service is very, very uncommon, and so long as this location employs people like Rita, I will continue making the 1 hour commute from out of town just to buy clothing from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person serving us was wonderful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that we were wearing masks and she didn't just put one on, but approached and asked us if she should put on a mask. I would have appreciated it being done before approaching us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to browse for suits for our wedding day and had unexpectedly hit a sale. We were helped by an extremely nice and professional staff who helped us find our perfect matching suits for our wedding along with his friendly co worker. We ended up buying our suits and getting them fitted and kept them slightly after hours. The assistant who helped us was very efficient and when we returned weeks later for more clothes, he was for polite about asking how our nuptials went. We are a gay couple and we will remember this positive experience at this shop. We look forward to returning.
