★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upgraded my phone and cell plan yesterday. Worked with Tushar. He's amazing. His service was exceptional (and I'm all about service). Helped me find the best deal and knows his stuff. Was a really good experience.

Had to go back for something that was really my fault, and again I was treated like gold. Tushar's customer service is second to none. He is OUTSTANDING !!! I will always deal with Wirelesswave in Southgate Mall for anything cell phone-related.

Krystel helped me find a plan that suited my needs and brought more value that bested my previous plan. Even more so, Krystel exceeded my expectations in her superb customer service. She gave advice on how to get the most out of my plan and future options for when I want to upgrade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maiko is amazing. She goes way above and beyond to not only help you find the right phone and plan for your needs, but even with after you've purchased your phone and have questions. I had purchased my Pixel from her only a few months ago but suddenly has a problem with it not notifying me of text messages. Even the staff at the Google Store of Best Buy did not know how to fix it. I went to Maiko ready to just surrend the phone and get a new one but she was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it. She saved me a lot of money because I was so frustrated I was ready to just buy another phone!
Absolutely the #1 place to go and Maiko is the person to talk to if you have any questions or problems mobile related! I can't thank her enough for helping me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never thought I would EVER leave a review for a cell phone kiosk but after dealing with Maiko, I honestly had to. I was looking for a new cell phone provider after being with Freedom mobile for so long, and I was deciding between the Wow kiosk (who I spoke to the day before), and Wireless who were directly across from them. I decided to chat with Wireless just to feel them out, and after dealing with Maiko, I know I made the right decision. Maiko was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions, and overall was just absolutely lovely to work with. I usually hate talking to cell phone places because I can't seem to remember how much data I use or how much storage I need but Maiko was just awesome in helping me decide which phone plan and service provider to use and who fit my needs the best and for the best price. She is also so impressively knowledgeable about the cell provider industry which I think is such an asset for the Wireless clients. I never thought I would have loyalty to a cell phone kiosk lol, but moving forward, I will only go to Maiko at Wireless. Such exceptional customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a senior who is not very knowledgeable about newer technology, and I am forever grateful to Maiko for helping me upgrade from my old S3 to my new S20! She was awesome! She was so helpful and friendly. She listened to my budget and usage needs, and explained the best options for me so I could pick new phone that I am totally happy with. She made sure my info transferred safely from my old phone to my new phone, and made sure I was totally happy with every aspect of my new purchase. I was totally impressed with the level of service I received. Maiko did such a good job for me that my friend, who was watching Maiko help me, decided she would also upgrade her phone that day as well, and Maiko helped her with the same awesome service. It has been a couple of weeks now, and we are both still pleased as punch with our new phones, and ever grateful to Maiko for a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tushar helped me get a loyalty deal that Virgin had not been willing to give. He also added trade in credits that covered a case for my new phone and lowered my monthly device payments to make the overall spend less than it would have been of virgin gave me the deal I was looking for. He was extremely helpful and friendly and was willing to go back over the contract and explain things I didn’t understand twice. Absolutely recommend wireless wave in general, this is my third time coming to them.
