Customer service was amazing from both Jubin and Nadia. There was an issue with my home services being installed and Jubin who helped me set up my services, did everything he could to keep me a happy customer and got me rebooked for the most convenient time. I will continue to come back to this location as everyone I met was extremely helpful and kind!

They sold me a defective watch. The sales girl and Nathan had problems properly activating it; they kept the bar code stickers so they could keep working on it and sent me on my way. After 90 minutes on the phone with tech support with no success. Tried to return it but the sales girl and Nathan lied about not being able to return it and I was told to leave. Spent another 90 minutes on the phone with conflict resolution, and they claim it'll take a week to get any answer. Tldr version is that the staff is incompetent and they lie to cover their mistakes. I will be withholding payment for the watch and data plan until this is fixed.

Great experience. Christian was so helpful, I normally I hate having to upgrade my phone and deal with plans. Christian made is easy and enjoyable. Plus he saved us money.

Terrible. Came in to get a new SIM. Got home, noticed the number behind the SIM was different than the number on the card holder. Both of those were invalid. Had to go back for a replacement.

Had an awesome experience with Jubin! He had me in and out within 15 minutes with a brand new phone plan. Communication was great and he’s very knowledgeable. Thanks again Jubin!

Absolutely horrible service, I will be switching cell phone providers due to the lack of service at this specific location. If you NEED to be with telus, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Once they have you signed up there is no support. Brand new S21 with screen pixel issues, and they expect me to pay to fix it, or take a loner phone for a "few weeks". This is following 2 trips into the city after being directed by Telus (online) to return to the purchase location and the phone will be "swapped out because it is under warranty". I called telus online to cancel my service and the gentleman helping me said he has never heard of a location not swapping phones out when it's under manufacturer warranty, he said this was a first for him in 18 years… shop elsewhere, these people do not deserve your time or money!

Worst customer service ever!!! Female personnel is the worst. I asked for assistance to one of them and she said she was busy and was playing with her phone. Don't come to that dealer. They used to have better personnel a couple of years ago. People uninterested and unable to answer all your questions. They gave you a price one day before and they changed it the day after. A total nightmare!!!! I will take my business somewhere else!!!!
