After setting up my account I moved 4 months later so I called to change my information and I couldn't verify my account because the guy who setup my account put the wrong address. Roger's is a terrible business with no accountability for their employees. I remember now why I avoid this company for.home services.

Called Rogers to speak with the manager to see if they could give us a credit for a tablet that was suppose to be free and not on a two year contract. That was the information provided to us by the employee that we were dealing with. Turns out she gave us false information and the only option was to either stay with Rogers (but that wasn’t an option after all the mistakes that store had made for our bill) or pay $400 for a tablet we didn’t want in the first place. Discussed the whole issue with the manager who would do nothing to help us and had our call on speaker for all the workers there to hear. Of course he denied it and blamed it on the TV because β€œno one else was back there” but it was IMPECCABLE timing from one of the employees response in the background to us saying they didn’t have very good reviews. Hence another bad review. Beware when you talk to one of the managers at that store because everyone could be listening. Very poor customer support again. Giving a one star is over rating this store.

I had a great experience with this location! I had come in to upgrade my phone early and Valerie I believe her name is was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me and my mother who’s plan I am on. She even was able to wave a fee for us. And she was able to answer my questions and my mothers efficiently. Would definitely request for her service again!

Buy any internet service other than Roger. I have never experience such a bad internet service. Plus the hidden cost they have is horrible.

My family has been with Rogers for 22 years and been to many stores across the GTA and Durham region. This has the be one of the best stores we walked into due to their professionalism and initiative to take extra steps. We were going to upgrade my phone and called online to find a deal that wouldn’t greatly increase the money to our existing family plan. In the call they gave us details to give in store for what we had discussed of what we wanted. The employee, Saad, was professional and knew that for us, we should call beforehand for a deal without us even asking. When we mentioned that we did, he took extra steps to call Rogers Support for a thorough confirmation of which plan our family discussed online and what would be better, the explanations for the discounts, and to reconfirm every part of our contract. He took his time even though the store was closed halfway in and didn’t rush the process. We appreciated it greatly due to a bad experience at a previous store that caused us to travel for over an hour. It was amazing that him and the other workers took their time to give us the best experience possible. Thank you so much.

I am an 82 yr. old with mobility issues, so telephoned Rogers with my problems. Person was not very helpful, told that no tech icians were being sent out at this time&if I needed new cable box it would be sent by courier within 5-7 business days. My daughter took existing box to store at Brock & Taunton here in Whitby. Got new box. Hooked it up...no go! Called...told it was a defective box. Got second one. Both people spoken with were of little or no help! Finally spoke to helpful gentleman who tried walking daughter through set up. Box came on but not working. Told her tech. Would be here next day. (So much for 5-7 ). Very helpful tech arrived with ANOTHER box & after some time finally I now have my tv working. Today I got ANOTHER box via courier! I think the word s Rogers communications should be changed as there is no communication whatsoever.

Rude employee, didn’t want to assist with a phone upgrade because it was β€œ5:30 and we close at 6”, wouldn’t help with extending the plan or starting a new one with the same phone. Didn’t care at all. Got into the car, took a quick drive and got a phone with bell instead ??‍♀️

Amazing Customer service at this location. Before coming to this location I went to another location in Whitby. I was not greeted properly and felt unwelcomed there. I was told to call rogers helpdesk and come back into the store. I wasted an hour on the phone and came back to the store with no resolution. The manager here did not put any effort in helping me with my issue. It was a bad experience overall. I decided to call another Rogers location just to see if there was any hope in resolving my issue. Justice picked up the phone and asked me to come to the store to see if she was able to help me out. It was a little bit of a drive but I took the Chance in hope of solving my problem. I'm Happy I made the decision to drive there and have no regrets doing so. Justice provided excellence customer service. She went above and beyond helping me. She took her time to find a resolution, calling back office and doing everything in her abilities to solve my problem. At the end of the day we got everything sorted out and I walked out as a happy customer ! Highly recommend this location !
