J	Jeff C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very hesitant to use this store but ended up buying a kingsdown hybrid mattress eventhough I sort of knew I may not like the combo of coils and memory foam, I hate memory foam. Sales Rep of course pitched their exceptional service... 1 year later, whole middle of the mattress and lost all support... Their answer to deal with it, do some online video and submit it to them, really, I hope you're kidding... Because a mattress doesn't appear to sag 1.5 inches like your stipulations are doesn't mean it's still functioning properly. Bottom line, exactly as I expected, went to speak with someone, was given a phone number with no questions asked of me and no offer to provide assistance, I knew that would be the case and it was. Called the number they gave me, customer service was even worse... Clearly Christine Magee doesn't actually care about the company customers. I've given up with SC and more so the Whitby location... They'd clearly rather deal with customers who haven't yet wasted their money with the company rather than assist someone who forked out a substantial amount of money for his product. Il will never go back to the store and will absolutely deter anyone from using the Sleep Country... Please do your research before buying a mattress and go elsewhere.

COMPLETELY different environment from the location we visited near our Scarborough area home. We walked in on a busy day and we were promptly acknowledged by Bobby. He was extremely friendly and approached us very briefly, initially. He was the complete opposite of the overbearing salesperson we encountered in Scarborough. When we needed help, Bobby was very informative, clearly very knowledgeable and refreshingly genuine. I tend to favour online shopping, but thought when purchasing a mattress, trying it out first would be best for our family. I am glad we made the decision to visit this specific location!

The people working there are helpful. Jakib helped me select my Matress and box. Ash helped me select pillows. Ash handled one complaint I had about the pillows. He handed the problem professionally.

Our salesperson, Mark, took the time to listen to our needs, provided information and then stepped back while we tried several different mattresses. He was helpful and informative without being pushy at all. The bed was delivered with some minor damage and when I called the store Mark wasn't available so Bobby took my call. The issue was handled quickly and professionally and within a reasonable amount of time we had a replacement mattress delivered. Delivery service on both occasions was friendly, professional and courteous. We love our new bed and are so happy we decided to go to Sleep Country.
M	Marcelle Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer service in the store, but after that, well not so good. We had our new adjustable bed delivered on a Thursday, the bed broke on the Friday. An inspection on Sunday let us know it needed to be replaced, which it was the following Tuesday. The original delivery men placed the bed almost in the middle of the room-we have a very small room. They also did not ask us how high we wanted the legs, they left them at the lowest height. When doing the inspection they blamed us for the problem, accusing my husband and I of lifting the bed improperly-we are both seniors, and neither of us is very strong. When the replacement was delivered I had to ask them to adjust the height and also to place it closer to the headboard. They did it with a little grumbling. Pleased with the bed now, but very much over the attitude of the delivery and set up people.

Bobby was kind enough to move the mattress delivery dates a couple of times as our furniture delivery from another store was delayed. Have been using the mattress for a few weeks now and we are very happy with the purchase.
